The staff is super friendly. Let’s talk about the problems! Over priced! Second if you want a gel manicure on your hands but a regular polish on your toes they can’t match it . I’ve tolerated it for several years but I’m tired of the excuses on why it doesn’t match. For the fees they charge it should match. On vacation for less than 1 week and the gel doesn’t even hold up. I’m tired of the excuses on why they can t match gel fingers with non gel toes! Very cheap and not willing to invest. Now on vacation with a chipped nail within 1 week and have to pay for new services. So does nice really add up to why I should continue To go to a business who feels like that’s ok? When leaving I expressed my concern for non matching but they seemed to blame on me vs themselves. I am done with this place!! They don’t really care about whether they got it right or not. Hey business don’t be cheap and buy the gel nail polish sets like most place a do. I’m finally fed up! I’ve also endured the new trainees for year but again oh well. One staff took my Beautiful long nails to stubs. I was told from that point on to ask for experienced staff. Overall stay away! They don’t care about you only $$$. I've been coming here for a few months now, and I'm so impressed. I'm strictly a pedicure person, and I've gotten pedicures all over North Jersey, ranging from hole-in-the-wall spots all the way to upscale spas. This place has the most bang for your buck, and they are consistent with how the service is performed, no matter who's giving it. For the regular pedicure, you will receive the typical pedicure; plus, they'll provide you with a warmed aroma-therapy neck wrap, real aloe application for the massage, at least five minutes per foot/leg for the massage in which they'll use hot stones toward the end, callous remover (which I decline sometimes), and heel perafin wax. I went there on Friday to get a full set of pink and white gels for the holiday. The staff was very nice and accommodating to me since I was a walk in and I did not wait long at all, but I have had my nails done for many years and for the money I paid for these it was not worth it at all. 3 days later and my nails are already peeling and cracking and one is already glued back on. The shape of the nails and the thickness are terrible. The appearance is not good for what I paid for this. I will definitely not be going back, and I’m actually Upset that I’m going to have to spend more money to have this mess fixed. For $80 I expected a higher quality.
