Horrible service!!! Where do I begin? I called the location and scheduled a reservation this past Friday. I advised that my car will be repaired on the following Monday at 9 am and that I needed them to pick me up. So fast forward to today, I was picked up in a van that smelled bad and had sticky spots that resembled clumps of jelly on the seats. We arrived at the Enterprise location where they didn't have the class of vehicle reserved for me that I originally requested. The person who made the reservation obviously didn't know the differences in vehicle types and models because I was booked something that I would never drive. I have always driven high-performance vehicles and clarified that when doing my reservation. I was reserved a Toyota Corolla with a plethora of deep embedded scratches and dents which is nothing like what I asked for when I made the reservation. The manager Michael played the blame game and was facetious and very disrespectful, his lack of attention to the situation and overall handling of the matter made another customer ask me directly if I wanted him to take me to another location because it was unacceptable how things were done. Needless to say, I'm waiting on a call from the regional manager because this is something that should not have happened furthermore, accountability for your location is something that is supposed to be handled by the manager instead of promptly blaming someone else. I didn't even get an apology. The manager just said that he would put me in a jeep, which was the only other vehicle they had but I would have to pay for the upgrade. This is something that was paid for by another party that hit my vehicle so I gave him the price quote that I was given at the time of reservation, it's not like I can go back and ask for more money...
Read moreI scheduled my husband's rental 3 weeks in advance. We have always used enterprise and have ALWAYS used a chime credit builder card to book the rentals. Upon getting to the location we overhear a bad experience a woman had with getting her rental, she was talking to us but to the person she returned the rental to. So when it's our turn they REFUSE to accept the chime credit builder card which I verified that we were still able to use prior to making the reservation. So we went back to our personal vehicle and I started reaching out to corporate. Corporate stared they had to accept the credit builder card, my conversation with corporate took approximately 30-40 minutes, so when we go back inside the man, I don't remember his name (glasses, dreads) stated he deleted our reservation since he felt we weren't coming back inside. At this point I'm shaking bc why would you do that? He proceeds to tell me again that they were told that they don't accept credit builder cards. I informed him that if they are unable to accept it, it would decline upon swiping it. I literally had to beg to rent a car that we had to put a $300 deposit on. Weird. We finally make it to the point of looking at the rental they were giving us, this rental had damage to the outside and burn marks on the driver seat and it was a 2024 Kia soul. It was a nice vehicle overall to drive to Florida. Overall I will not be returning to this location for my future rental needs. And it seems we weren't the only ones with problems given that we overheard the problems the older black woman had before us. Not the best experience...
Read moreOVER CHARGED ME! NEGATIVE 100 STARS!!!!!!! A light brown skin male employee started to help me. He then took 20 minutes to help a heavy set white woman who came in after me. The wait time was 30 minutes because he was the only one working and took so much time with the white woman. When I was finally helped I was told this location had no cars, trucks, or vans available. They only had SUVs. 11/17/2023, I was in an accident. My insurance had rental coverage on it in case of an accident. I was told that I had to pay $9 a day extra because they only had SUVs. So because there was no cars I had to pay extra. MAKE IT MAKE SENSE! NOT MY FAULT ALL THE CARS WERE TAKEN! Most Enterprises will charge the same price if they only have 1 type of vehicle. NOT THIS LOCATION. $300 for deposit plus $9 a day for 20 days. I returned the SUV for a small car because $9 was a lot. This location then told me if I keep the SUV for 4 more days it would be $14 a day instead of $9. So I return the SUV and was given a 2022 dark blue Malibu that stuck badly. The detail employee put small air fresheners in the vent to try to cover up the smell but it didn't work. Because of the horrible smell I returned the vehicle 2 days later and got smaller vehicle (Nissan Altima 2023). My Experience at this Enterprise was bad.
