Just the other day my kids and I were trying to think of something fun to do but of course like most times they could not agree on same choice. So we decided to split and my two boys decided on Putt Putt as my daughter and I decided to catch a movie across the parking lot at the theater. My boys are of age to be able to take care of themselves, know right from wrong and dad is not so cool to hang with anymore. So I gave them the guidelines of going to Putt Putt on their own and they agreed. I dropped them off and to the movie we headed. I was able to stay in contact through text during the movie. When I returned to pick them up we waited on them to exit the laser tag room. My boys came out with a young man who was an employee named Cameron. He was a very polite and respectful young man and you could tell he enjoyed his job. I could also tell that he did a great job keeping my boys entertained. When we left and on the ride home my boys had nothing but great things to say about this young man name Cameron. With all this said I called Putt Putt and spoke to a manager so that I could be sure Camerons hard work did not go without recognition. I also wanted to leave this review so parents know this a a great place for kids and families alike. I appreciate everything Cameron did for my boys treating them like they were the only kids there. Made my...
Read moreHello everyone and thank you for taking the time to read our experience. Once we purchased our package, we soon realized that the Bumper Boats (Outdoor in water) were not working, had to switch up three times no water was spraying on three units, and one was not working at all, Go Karts were not working in it's entirety, apparently they all broke down at one!! LOL, and only half of the Bumper Karts (Indoor were not available.) My daughter made a summer wish list of things she wants to do, and this was one of them. Lets just say that we will not waste our time or money on this dump moving forwards. The customer service we received was horrible, Manager asked me "What do you want me to do?", "we got Corporate meeting in next room!" All I got was a bunch of excuses. Arcade games were eating credits off card without registering and some of the games functions did not work, for example the double shooter game set up right in the middle of the Arcade Floor shooting Robots, does not reload, Nascar racing game will eat your credits and keep asking to swipe/add coins. For the icing on the cake, as we were leaving, Go Karts were being fueled up and started!! I asked Manager on our way out, our two hour time is over, can my daughter get a Go Kart ride, which was the only reason drove 45 minutes each way. She said no, maintenance is working on it!! ...
Read moreI took myself and my 2 kids, my best friend , her husband and 2 kids to the fun fun center today 4-22. We got there about 2pm and with it being our first time there we were super excited. There were kids running around and parties galore! After standing in line 30 minutes to purchase a play card, we were informed that they were sold out of them and had been for 2 days. The only way we would be allowed to play was if we had purchased one before and had it to use. The lady working the register was very rude and uneasy and rudely replied "it's not our fault we are out of them". Our kids were upset they weren't able to play, and we, as parents , were frustrated because their wasn't anything posted anywhere in , on or outside the building stating they were sold out and we could have avoided the issue from the beginning. I spoke with the general manager James Gibson , who seemed very flustered and over whelmed by everything . All he had in response to our concern of not having the cards and dealing with upset kids was , there isn't anything I can do. We asked for the person who is over him at corporate and we will continue our complaint to her, Teresa Greco. Needless to say, we probably won't return, but for anyone in the future, a little advice, call ahead to make sure they have play cards before you drive 30 minutes out of your way...
