This location has gone downhill FAST! We haven’t had any issues until recently. I went the other day to order my food in the drive thru. The employee over the speaker had a slight attitude with me, but regardless. I ordered 2 Cajun filet sandwiches. I asked for them both with just cheese and bacon added. The employee goes “sooo… a club?” And I said “sure?” I assumed a club meant just bacon and cheese like I asked if that’s what was suggested to me by someone who works there. Then I pull up and pay and she told me to pull up to the side door and they would bring my order out. I was waiting there for a while and then the employee brought out one bag and quickly ran off back inside before I could check the bag and see that I was missing half my order. Plus I still didn’t have my two drinks. So I called the store because I wasn’t dressed to go inside, which is why I was going through the drive thru. So I called and told them what I was missing. It was 2 peach cobblers, a couple sauces, and the 2 drinks. It took at least 10/15 minutes for it to come out. Then the same employee who brought out my first bag brought out the other bag and my drinks and she asked “oh did you forget something?” And I said “no, half of my order was missing”. Then I drove home and the food from the first bag that was given to me was cold. The sandwiches didn’t just have cheese and bacon on them like I asked for, they also had mayo, lettuce, and tomato. Which makes sense with then being rang in by the employee as club sandwiches. So I’m not sure why the employee condescendingly said “so you want a club?” When it clearly includes things I didn’t ask for. Regardless, I had to leave for work shortly after I got home because I spent way longer sitting in the drive thru waiting for my order than I planned, so my husband went back the next day to ask for a remake. He got the remake, brought it back home and the remake was worse quality than the original order! Cold and soggy fries and cold and rubbery chicken. He went back again today to ask for another remake and told them what was wrong with it and the employee said that she was the one who remade it so she knows there was ”nothing wrong with it” but that she’d remake it anyway. Then goes to the back and comes back up to the front to say that her manager said she can’t remake it actually and that we were supposed to bring the food back if we want it remade which wasn’t told to us when we had the first remake. Then that employee tried to argue that WE were the ones at fault for “not checking” the food? Like we’re supposed to take a bite of everything before we leave? It can LOOK correct but still TASTE wrong. At this point, we’ve wasted so much in gas driving back and forth, it’s pointless. Doesn’t seem like a single employee there wants to take any accountability for something being wrong and they don’t care about...
Read moreI ordered the $5 cajun chicken and bo-rounds, and mistakes happen; i'm well aware. My cajun filet was tough and i couldn't even pull it apart with my teeth. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE, should have went; we'll make You another one, Right!! WRONG!!!! When i walked back into the restaurant, the (acting manager i guess), asked me as if i was wanted something other than what i paid for; WHAT'S WRONG WITH IT, as if she was in disbelief! I stated that i was not fresh, and showed her the entire sandwich (with NONE MISSING)!! She then turned to the biscuit maker, with an attitude; and said: can you make another cajun biscuit¡ then looked at me and said sarcastically; five minutes on the remake!! Not, was there anything on it, with it, or anything; just with inconvience in her face. Minutes later, another lady (caucasian) walked in, with a smile and GREAT ATTITUDE, and stated; good morning Sir, what's wrong? I stated the same thing; that my sandwich was tough and tasted old. Immediately, She said; No Problem Sir, we'll make You another one! She turned to the same biscuit maker and said we need a cajun filet. I said, excuse me Ma'am, it had cheese on it. She again turned, and ask the employee; when the cajun comes up, can You add cheese! She then turned back to me, with a smile and Great Customer Service Skills; and said, we'll have youvtsken care of Sir!!! Why is it SOO HARD to do what You are being paid to do? If You don't want to work with people, DON'T! You are NOT doing us a favor, we are doing You one by frequenting the establishment; keeping you employed!! The Person that Treated me with RESPECT and APPRECIATION; was Obviously Seasoned!!!! THANK YOU...
Read moreHORRRRIBLE experience. seems to only be hope mills bojangles that i have a problem with. while at work i asked someone to go get my food for me. my chicken is hard... enough to break my teeth. i ask for two pieces of cheese to be placed on my chicken one on top and one on bottom. clearly having to put the cheese on the chicken the employees or managers could have seen that my chicken was old as dirt. but still insisted to send it out to a customer. talk about food poisoning waiting to happen. on top of that i get about 10 fries to eat. since i am at work i pulled the bread off my chicken and eat that and my fries.... when i called the store to speak with a manager she had told me she remembered my order(because of the two pieces of cheese) and had the audacity to tell me that my chicken was fresh! and told me i had to bring her the chicken back(which i have no problem doing) but i’m at work and i don’t have enough time. i tried to tell her that i was at work and don’t have enough time to bring it back she RUDELY cut me off and said “well i’ll see you tonight” and i asked her for corporates number. she began the number with (910) so now i know she is lying to me(don’t test my intelligence i know corporate’s number starts with 1(800)) probably giving me her boss number so they don’t get in massive trouble and the boss/owner could sweet talk me. this “manager” does not need to be in management position if she doesn’t know how to fix situations and if she wants to have an attitude with the customers! WE are how y’all get paid!! wish i could post a picture of my “freshly...
