Slingshot Spa City — Attraction in Hot Springs

Our first slingshot experience! The rental process was easy and the customer service was excellent, very nice people. We even called during the day to ask a few questions and the responses were very informative. We had a 6 hour rental and were so excited to explore and sightsee for the day. However, there was a loud squeal coming from the back of the vehicle. It was there upon our test drive & I even made a comment about it, however, we were still given that vehicle to drive. As the day went on the squeal got louder & louder, making our trip pretty miserable. We ended up returning an hour early because we couldn't take the noise any longer. I'm asking to please pay attention to details like this for future renters. We paid alot of money to enjoy it and we were disappointed that we really couldn't. With that being said, the slingshot is fun to drive & is an excellent way to navigate curvy...

What a great time! We originally made our reservation for Wednesday May 10th but it looked like the weather was not going to cooperate. We called and we asked to change the reservation to Tuesday, the day before. Yolanda made the change for us with no problem. She was a really good representative of the company, professional and engaging. Robert was our instructor. My husband and I both wanted to drive so Robert took each of us on a test drive and was very clear about the terms of the rental. This was a BLAST! Try Mountain Tower Road, Cedarglade Road and the road all the way in to Ouchita State Park. Continue into the park to Three Sisters Spring Road. You will ultimately have to turn around but, that wasn't a problem. We rented for 4 hours, perfect for our budget and allowed...

I will be renting a Slingshot again!! Andrew and Kirk were great to work with. The on-line booking was easy and straight forward. All communications were timely and what I would expect to see. My wife and I went for the 24hr rental. We picked up "The Great White" on Saturday am. and spent the day seeing the sites. They provided a great guide with QR codes to several great location to see in the area. It was a sunny day and the roof was a great addition to have. The fact that it is removable was even better. After running around all day, a quick break for dinner the sunset and the roof came off. We spent 4 more hours driving around with the stars...
