BEST COTTAGES review (NOT Best Court)...Great experience, all around!! Called to book direct after seeing Best Court's rooms on another site. The owner pointed out that they had newly renovated rooms available at their next door property, Best Cottages. The rooms at this property are more like large motel suites with full kitchens. Our unit included a King Bed, very large walk-in closet, hardwood floors, and knotty pine paneling for the walls and ceiling, and two 60+ inch TVs in the living room and bedroom. The exterior doors are all electronic locks, so you can check-in very leisurely with a keypad using a code provided. Very clean, very reasonably priced, very quiet and safe-feeling. The location is good if you plan on relying on a car for getting to Bathhouse Row. It's an hour round-trip walk to the far end of the Row and back, if you're walking briskly. Another recommendation is to NOT plan on using the advertised beautifully huge TVs. They are smart TVs relying on internet only, with no cable or satellite service. The property has free "high speed" wifi, with a router in each room, but was, at most, pulling about 8Mbps download speed off of Verizon's 4G network, which was not nearly enough to watch anything for more than 30 seconds without buffering the 70 inch 4k TVs. So, the point is that I wouldn't stay here if I had to do any remote work or rely on internet connectivity as the cell service was severely limited too. Other than the location being slightly too far to be useful as a pedestrian jump off and the unfortunately useless TVs/internet, the place delivered a relaxed, comfortable 3-nignt stay and we'll be back if we are ever in Hot...

This place is a dream come true! It looks even better than the pictures. Rooms were big and seemed newly renovated, everything was super clean - even the blinds passed a finger swipe test! The AC and heat worked very well, and had a fan option which is a big plus for me! The place was packed for the eclipse but we never ran out of hot water and had good water pressure. We also never heard our neighbors, or anyone else for that matter, despite the place being full - we felt extremely safe the whole time. The bathroom had excellent lighting to do your makeup. Parking was right outside your door. Beds were some of the most comfortable I have ever slept on, the pillows and comforter were huge and fluffy - I almost didn’t want to get out of bed! They have a cafe right in the parking lot, and it’s a very short drive to Bathhouse Row. The weather was nice enough that we ended up walking there and back. There’s a retro mini fridge, microwave, and coffee maker with all kinds of stuff to make coffee in the room.|We came for the eclipse and the owners of the hotel were so sweet and gracious, they gave us a bunch of free high quality snacks and free eclipse glasses!|Warning for handicapped: there were a few small steps to get into the cottage. Old fashioned lights in the middle of the lot and then twinkling icicle lights around each building lent to the charm! There were so many small touches in the decorations, you can tell the owners really put a lot of thought and care into this place and it did not go unnoticed and was very much appreciated. We will definitely be back to stay here again! Thank you guys for a very...

Best Court is an amazing hotel! There is no other place I’d rather stay on my next visit. The pictures don’t do it enough justice. Beautifully remodeled, quaint cottages, functional garage (too big for our explorer, but we knew that prior to!), and close to downtown. The owner is nice and helpful, walking us to our cottage and showing us around inside before handing over the key. Usually, I book hotels from Hilton but decided to take this chance after reading multiple reviews that raved about this establishment and I’m sure glad we chose here! We have decided to stay there on our next visit- curious to see what other upgrades are coming (we noticed some electrical sockets, piping, and things that led us to believe there are upgrades coming). We love that each cottage is separated by a garage. The queen bed is comfortable, good choice of pillows, a sitting area with mini love seat and foot stool, table and two chairs, great lighting, and heat/ac. Keep the bathroom door cracked through the stay so heat can seep in. The restaurant is good, open for breakfast and lunch. The billiards place directly behind the restaurant is fun and tasty bar food. If you don’t make it to with places, that’s okay because there are plenty of places downtown (very close by) to enjoy! The owner gives a great list of awesome things when you check in. Quapaw was closed for renovation- per its website, from “December 31st to January 16th for maintenance. We will re-open on January 17th at 10:00am!” I failed to see that prior to our trip (January 1-3). It was the bathhouse we were looking forward to experiencing.

Just arrived but already so thrilled with everything. The rooms are absolutely beautiful and very clean and the owner is extremely friendly. The decor is antique but with modern vibes and the room has a very peaceful and secluded feel to it. I will definitely update more once we get further along into the stay but as a first impression I am highly satisfied and gaurantee I will be returning for years to come. Also the little garage is a neat and thoughtful touch. It just feels like a safe family friendly place. I recommend staying here over any Hotel/Motel. Update: We just got back home and it's safe to say that this was the best experience of my life and my family agrees. I would not stay anywhere but here when visiting Hot Springs. There needs to be more people like the owner that are so dedicated to their work. You can feel the love and hard work he puts in to the property and I gaurantee it will pay off. Will be returning for sure! Also, this is NOT a complaint whatsoever but I was missing a microwave being available. I know they purposely don't have them and I figured the owner didn't want to risk fires or food smells taking over the room an I can't even blame him for that. 100 stars if I could for sure!
