Taqueria Don Neto — Restaurant in Hot Springs

Just a No Frills food truck tucked away on the side of the road. I actually stopped here on a whim after driving past it for the last couple of years. I'm not going to Rave about the tacos because let's face it Mexican style street tacos are what they are but I caught my attention was the burrito and how it was set up. I ended up getting a double meat lengua burrito for $11 and let me tell you what, this is probably the best burrito I've ever had. Any other food truck I'd be getting a burrito and at least a taco or two on the side. Not here, I was pleasantly full after my burrito and the cherry on top was the Verde sauce was actually really good not just run of the mill. The lady working the truck was very pleasant. Family owned Michuacan style taco truck, If you happen to eat here, Tacos de Birria (De Cabeza) are fantastic, they have a special salsa for this kind of taco but be aware that can be a little too spicy if you have no spicy tolerance, ask for the salsa on the side, they also have Tepache (Traditional Mexicana drink made out of fermented pinaple). Out of all the taco trucks in Hot Springs, I would write this one a 4/10 . Great location. Great staff did get the quesa barria Not only did it like the flavor profile they put all the tacos, flat on a plate which causes half of my tacos to have a soggy side and not stay put together, but the green sauce is amazing.
