I would give her 0 stars! I have 2 flower girl dresses,that I needed altered ,she told me she could fix them and would be done in 3days. And could fix my dress also. Well 3 weeks later, she could not fix my dress and, both girls dresses did not fit..the work was very sloppy done.I can tell you I know what I am talking about,I can sew very well,I just didn't have the time. Well hear I am 230.00 dollars later, fixing the dresses myself,with less than a week to the wedding.... Yes I am upset!. But I swear everything I have said to be true. Very disappointed!. And now you have responded with lies, you know are not true that's ok. If someone wonts to go to your shop that's on themI have told exactly what happened to me there. Now as of August 18, 2025 your not letting me respond to your comment. My daughter was not with me when I picked up the girls dresses, and I did not reset any, appointments. Yes I was loading weight, I told her to let's do girls dresses first!!!. Then she took 3 weeks to get to the point I picked up the dresses. And I had to take the top part of the dresses and fix them. The zipper on the small one would not even zip. Jing told me it won't show...... The quality of the dresses were very good there was nothing wrong with it the dresses had just came in when I took them there they had nothing coming apart on them. And on my dress when I tried it back on before she got the girls dresses done she said she could not take it up and fix it, so she told me to get me another one, I did not have one at that time bought.!! I guess you can write whatever you want but everything I have said is God's honest truth of what happened to me... Do not send anymore of your ugly messages to my phone. She knows what happened and I know what happened, and I have posted what happened to me on here, to me that is enough..... And the price I had to pay was $230. And I did not want y'alls hoops for the dresses because they were low quality and I bought my own. And you are a ugly person to get on here and put lies of what happened and you were...

I took a Nigerian wedding dress (for the stepmom of the groom) made from brocade and lace to Jing for alterations. The dress had been made in Dallas using just my measurements and was a complete disaster. Seams were not trimmed appropriately, it was tight in the waist due to these bulky seams, the sleeves were way too long, the shoulders were too broad and the dress was too long. She was able to very meticulously hand sew the necessary alterations into the dress to make it fit perfectly. She was very easy to work with and took a lot of stress off of me when she explained just how she was going to be able to fix it. I went back a second time to make sure her adjustments were just right. She had the dress done long before I needed it too. I am very impressed with her incredible skills and her attention to detail. She tackles tough jobs like mine but also does easier ones like hemming and letting seams out, etc. Give Jing a try. You’ll never need another tailor and your clothes will...

the first photo is before and the second one is after. I ordered this dress right before my date for my birthday and it came too long and too big. I was worried on how I was going to get it to fixed until I called jing, I let her know my situation and asked if she could get it done the day of my date. She got it done under 40 mins!!! I was over the moon. Jing service was impeccable, she knew exactly what I wanted and was very helpful. She asked questions to ensure that we were getting what I wanted.
