Affordable Furniture 610 - Furniture Store Houston — Attraction in Houston

I have been a customer with Affordable furniture since 2006. I purchased a bedroom set from them made by "Ashley" in which I still have today 13 years later, but be mindful that Ashley is great quality. I have also purchased living room sets and dining room sets but had to replace them in 2 to 3 years. But please be advised these are sets that are suited for apartment living and not made to last forever. Please understand all the one star reviews complaining about poor qyality are from people who expect to purchase a lavish bedroom set or bedroom set for peanuts😂😂😂😂. Furniture is expensive and customers should know how to inspect the quality prior to purchase. I have always had a great experience with this company and knew what I was purchasing!! I will start off by saying they were polite and I had a great experience at the store. The problem is my couch literally broke 5 days after I got it. I told them and they sent someone to look at it.. the guy literally argued with me and said the couch is just low and we shouldn’t sit in the middle.. How those words came out of his mouth amazed me. I explained my niece sat down with her brothers not plop down not jump just sat. I heard a crack and the couch immediately began to sag. He denied this and again stressed it had no issues but I was adamant and he took the couch… they put legs in the middle and claimed there were no issues. The next day right where I said it broke… it broke.. I didn’t even bother to call it in what’s the point. So while they were kind they wasted my money and now I have to fix the couch myself in effort to not completely...

Gosh what a sucky place. They were selling 2 sectional couches, one was 499 and the other was 899 and both were being sold “As is”. What’s the problem you ask ? Well for one they were used couches with an insane smell and one even had animal hair. They also add a fabric softener spray to the couches that leave a film on top of the couches that make it feel oily in a way and just gross. You could even see the faint stains left from the previous owner. On one of the sectionals they were upselling it by 300 dollars and it was the one with animal hair.

Incredibly disappointed with this store and the choices the owners have decided to make to make a quick buck and deceive...
