Last night we waited in the drive thru for 15 minutes before before we got to the speaker box in the drive thru. We get there we wait another 10 for the guy to say something. He tells us they are only doing uber eats and door dash orders (at 4:30 am). At this point we are trapped in the drive thru. Than we wait another 15 minutes to get to the window. When we do we asked when they will be taking regular orders and he told us they couldn't do ANY orders because the milkshake machine was down and needed cleaning. So I point out that he told us he was inly doing uber eats and door dash orders, and this reminded him of the his previous excuse, so he reiterated himself to match what he told us earlier. Another customer soon pulls up to the box and he quickly gets on the speaker to tell the person that their systems are down. Right in front me, he used his 3rd different excuse as to why they can't take orders.
The first 15 minutes wouldn't have been that bad if he had told me immediately, before I was trapped in the drive thru, that they can't take my order and I wasted 40 minutes in a drive thru because the person at the window decided they wanted to be lazy and could not for the life of him figure out how to keep one lie and stick with it.

Read moreI am only giving this place a 1 star because of an incident. I went in with my husband and we had left over food. A homeless person came in and was getting food left on table and I told him he could have our leftovers and he gratefully accepted, then we left. While in our vehicle I saw the cashier go over to him and looked like they were yelling at this homeless person, then proceeded to take the food we had given and threw it in the trash. I did not go in and say anything because my husband asked me to not make a scene. It was MY food to do with what I wanted, I paid for it and if i choose to gove it away, thay is my choice. The cashier had no business taking the food I had given this man and throw it away. I was so disappointed by lack of compassion at this location that I will never go back. I know me not going there will not have an impact on the business, but I will not patronize a business that has no compassion for a hungry homeless person just looking for left over food. He was not asking for money or food, he was looking for food that was going to be wasted in the garbage. It is disgraceful and I hope this is not store policy. Read moreAbsolutely awful experience. It was my first time ordering Jack-in-the-Box and they definitely ruined it for me. I had placed an order at 4:40 in the morning and got there at 5:05 when I got to the drive-through. They told me that they were not accepting orders just like they had told the person in front of me. I told them I had an online order and she told me to pull up to the window. She had me waiting for over 10 minutes. My order should have already been done. It had been 15 minutes and you’re supposed to make the order after it’s ordered not when they get there. The point of online ordering is so that it’s done when you get there.She was on her phone and laughing texting somebody I guess when I finally got my food I said thank you. She did not respond. She just closed the window when I opened my food. The drink was too small. It was filled over halfway with ice that’s crazy! It was not a medium. The drink also tasted awful.
