Been coming to this park since before long boat key apartments were built and it is terrible now the grass is over grown the trails that lead to the lake are full of homeless camping tents and graffiti on the trees lots of cans tires and clothing all over the lake shore where the walking trails are at we need the national guard in there please was a nice place to go

A quick night (9:30 - 10:20 pm) to celebrate 🎉🥳 my son's birthday!! Very quiet. A few guys playing basketball and a few others in the parking lot talking/laughing. The lights at the basketball court turned off around 10:30 (I'm not sure but it was around that time).

Nice and quite park in a peaceful neighborhood. The grass was just being cut all around the yard. There is a well fenced pool and it was not open. Some friends and coworkers had fun playing basketball. There is a good atmosphere for families and children to walk, play basketball, soccer, baseball or just sit down and enjoy the shade and the oxygen under the trees there. Tables and seats for picnics are scattered and of course there are portable onsite restrooms. Dogs may be the luckiest visitors because the walking and the grassy area is big and spacious for dogs with too much energy. It is a place to clear a person's mind, and inhale a fresh and natural oxygen. Go there and enjoy your...

I grew up a block away from here. I know every blade of grass in this park. I've had birthday parties at the tennis courts where half of Dobie showed up and the cops chased us all off. I have some of the best memories there and at the sand pits located behind the tree line. Fishing, skinny dipping, and drunken bar b ques. Anyway, yall don't want to hear all that. So yeah, great little park. For as big as it is you would think it had more to do but basically it consists of a play gym for the youngens, 2 soccer fields, a baseball diamond, 1 swing set, a basketball court, and a pool. Every thing you need growing up...I'll load...

It is good place for family oriented activities or for individual recreation. There is a community center where events are held along with other amenities such as a public swimming pool, a playground, walking/jogging track, basketball court, soccer/football field, and a baseball diamond where games are held. Maybe the City of Houston could work on this, but the parking lot pavement could use some renovations. Other than that, the park as a whole meets...
