Updating my previous rating. I went to this location 2 days ago for dinner. This is my regular location, but I normally only go during the day. This visit was trash, the service was trash AND the food was trash! I was highly disappointed and will likely not return anytime soon. I placed my order in the app, pulled up to the window and waited for several minutes. When they come on, I say I have a mobile order for Tamica... Several more minutes go by, my order never popped up on the screen, but she told me to pull around. I knew then we were off to a rocky start. I get to the window, she never asks for or confirmed my order, but instead asked me to pull up to the front. I do. Maybe 5 minutes pass and someone comes to my window, "mobile order for...(not me)?". I said NOPE. To which she replies "swear?"..."omg", "bro". I said I do have a mobile order, but it's for Tamica. She goes back inside. Several more minutes pass! At this point I'm about ready to go inside although I do not want to cause a scene. The original girl comes out gives me my order (3 piece chicken tenders, spicy with fries, a coke and an apple pie, i requested bbq sauce) - she gives me 2 drinks (for the wait). The bag is huge! So I'm skeptical that it's mine/right, I tell her "I'm gonna check it". She repeats my order and it does appear to be there, I leave and realize right away, there's no bbq sauce. Considering the fiasco, I said oh well and went home. In addition to the extra soda, there were SIX tenders, a LARGE fry and TWO biscuits - they "upgraded" my whole meal. BUT. Some of the chicken both looked and tasted funny (i took 1 bite of 1 of them and threw it away! ), 1 of the biscuits was burnt and the apple pie looked like someone just doused it in cinnamon sugar! Even the pie tasted funny, I took 1 bite and tossed it. Smh. And let's not forget, no sauce, so the meal was already not going to be the same. So, yea, TRASH all the way around from my experience to the food. The staff who were helping me were all young, I wonder if this played a part. I will not be back anytime soon, and if I want Popeyes I will be visiting a...
Read moreI am a Door dash delivery driver. I went to this store today to pick up a customer's order. On getting there the drive thru was long so I decided to go into the restaurant and pick up the order since it's an online order I expected it to b ready. When I got into the store there was no customer except me. Some employees was serving the customers at the drive thru while some was walking around including a manager. I stood for almost 8 minutes and none of them bothered to attend to me. They saw me standing with my door dash bag but they never bothered to say anything. I eventually asked one of the employee if they were only attending to customers at the drive thru only? But she kept acting like she didn't hear what I was saying. Then a manager came out and I repeated the same question to her. I told her I have been standing there for 8 mins and the first employee said we are busy. Then I told her that they should have at least attended to me. But the manager ( Monica) said "walk out". Like walking me out. I told her I am from door dash and I was gonna report her but she said she doesn't care and said walk out again pointing to the door. Then the rest of the employees started to laugh. I left the store and reported to door dash. It was an embarasing moment. A cop was there but minded his own business. I will definitely make sure this gets to...
Read moreFirstly, I walk in, and I'm the only customer. I don't get greeted or acknowledged by not one of them. Then after about 3 minutes of me standing there, the person I assume is the manager who's right in front of me, with her back turned, asks the girl at the counter what I've ordered... Knowing good and well I haven't even been spoken to. Finally after 5 minutes, I get asked what I want. They let me place my whole order before telling me they are out of every single piece of chicken I've ordered. When I questioned it, they acted appalled that I wanted what I ordered, and not the left overs they had.
How, at Popeyes of all places, do you run out of spicy chicken without having more dropped in time to not run out. When I told her I didn't want the left overs, she dismissed me like a child and smacked her lips like she's in High school.
Being from New Orleans and growing up with a Popeyes within walking distance, I'm a frequent patron of Popeyes. This location is a joke, it's understaffed, and staffed with rude employees that give zero efs about the customer. I'm in the parking lot writing this because I'd rather sit here and write this than wait the 17 minutes for some chicken that should have already been prepared.
TLDR: Stay away from this location. Go to the taco truck down the road. They have everything, and...
