I took back deodorant called (Crystal) it was (coconut&vanilla sent) only because it did not hold me. Not realizing it wasn't going to work, I couldn't find my reciept. I Paid 11.79 for the deodorant and only wanted exchange for a different deodorant. But because I didn't have my reciept the cashier only refunded me 8.93 for the deodorant. I don't think that was fair but the cashier said the system determines the refund price, not him. What, kinda mess is that. Then he said that the deodorant was on sale. No, it was not on sale when I purchased it nor when I returned it. I have pictures of the deodorant on shelves and it was not on sale. Not sure why cvs wanted to keep my extra few dollars but that's definitely bad customer service, and not right. I gave my phone number but employee said he couldn't see that I had purchased the deodorant that my number does not give that type of information. I did exchange for a different deodorant but am really disappointed in cvs 1. For not being able to look up my phone number to see that I bought the deodorant, with all this modern technology we have, and 2. Not giving me my full refund. I need a gift card...
Read moreOn Feb, 17 2018..visited this location & was shocked by the rude experience I encountered & witnessed during this visit. Not just myself but other customers received such distaste by the manager/cashier named Marcus. He was unprofessional, & rude. Concerned that the ad prices weren't matching up I & a few other customers brought this to his attention & he just blurted "we're on the next ad now" even though the ad clearly state's that the Expiration date isn't until the 24th. He goes up to the shelves & snatches the prices off. One customer had some General mills Cheerios for $1.99 it clearly said it was on sale. Yellow tag said $1.99 as clear as day, & he goes up to the shelf & snatches the price off. Tells the customer to go to the coupon center even though the ad was still good until the 24th. Redirecting anyone with a comment to the coupon center. When asked about certain items,(which were on sale but not on the shelf)He objects, "we're out,we're just out". He made no suggestions or even referrals to another CVS store. When a manager was requested, he said he was the manager. There was a quietness of discomfort, an...
Read moreIts an ok location. Most employees are very personable and courteous. The small-statured Asian Asst Manager is TERRIBLE and has a gigantic chip on his shoulder. We had anout or over 100 photo prints and the photo printer had run put of ribbon and he never noticed even though he was close to thr printer. My husband got his attention and instead of reloading ribbon he dismissively said, Go smd come back in an hour....and just stood there. We gathered our stuff from.the photo service area and he was still standing ding there. Dunno when je eventually put more ribbon but I came back for the 1hour fotos...my receipt said prinys will be ready at 11:58am. Its 12:25pm and the photos are still printing. In other words if we jad paid for instant prints, we wouldve still been here. I came in here few mins to noon and he told me 'I should go and come back!'. I'm like, 'Really?... its almost noon and the pics were supposed to be ready in an hour'. This guy very rudely said..'they are still printing, what do you want me to do?' He is so brazenly insolent and rude, I really don't know how he...
