I order chick-fila at least 4 times a week via mobile app. I take lunch to my granddaughter close by. On Wednesday, November 9th, the person in front of me had not even ordered to be in the express lane-Southwest Freeway location as the employee told him-we have no order under your name. In that case, the person should be told to get in the other lane or get out in person and order. 2 other mom’s-same school and lunch period had similar problems with others getting in the shorter line and order when they get there. This delayed the ones that are doing the orders correctly and no consequences for those...

Best Chick-fil-A in Houston. Always friendly and attentive staff. The restaurant is clean restrooms clean. They also give first responder discounts so police and EMTs come there. I am an Emt and like the fact that they help us with meals as we work hard but don't make much and it's more relaxing enjoying your meal knowing there should be no problems because a couple of policemen are eating 30 feet away.
