I recently ate lunch at Gyro Republic and had an overall satisfying experience, earning it a solid four stars in my book. Let's dive into the details. First and foremost, the food at Gyro Republic is a delightful treat for the taste buds. The presentation of the dishes is appealing and adds to the overall dining experience. The variety of options on their menu is impressive, catering to various preferences. One standout aspect of Gyro Republic is their exceptional customer service. The staff is friendly, attentive, and eager to ensure that your dining experience is a pleasant one. Their willingness to accommodate special requests and provide recommendations is commendable. Now, let's talk about the food specifics. While I enjoyed most of my meal, I found the rice to be surprisingly spicy, which might not suit everyone's palate. Additionally, the chicken dishes tend to be on the saucy side, which, while flavorful, could be toned down a notch for those who prefer a milder sauce-to-chicken ratio. One more observation is that the Tzatziki low fat sauce came across as overly sour to me. In the future, I plan to order the sauce on the side to customize the amount to my liking. Also, I might explore different protein options besides chicken to see if they align better with my taste preferences. In summary, Gyro Republic is a restaurant worth trying for its delicious food, excellent service, and appealing presentation. With a few tweaks to personal preferences, it has the potential to become a favorite dining spot.

I recently dined at Gyro Republican Restaurant, and the experience was nothing short of fantastic! The food was flavorful and authentically prepared, with each dish showcasing the rich, bold tastes of Mediterranean cuisine. What truly made our visit memorable was the outstanding service provided by Shana and her colleague. They were attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our meal. Their professionalism and warmth really elevated our dining experience. I highly recommend Gyro Republican Restaurant for anyone looking to enjoy a delicious meal with exceptional service!

I hate to make any negative comments about any business but for this place it is not leaving me any choice. I tried food from here three different times and each time was worst then the previous one. The portion size was very little mostly rice which taste like days old and dry. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There is another halal place within 5 mins of this place with much better food and even the price is cheaper. Zero stars for this place. Employees were nice but food was so terrible that giving only 2 stars for service.

My original review was great, great food, service and price. I have been going here once or twice a week for months. On Superbowl Sunday I was stuck at work so I used their delivery feature on the app. They partner with door dash so they did my delivery. The door dash driver left my food outside on the curb in the side of the building. By the time I saw it was "delivered" it was gone. I called the restaurant to inform them and was told I would have to contact door dash for a refund so I did. In the meantime I'm still hungry so I reordered my food and paid again. Then I contacted door dash and they said they will refund the money but it goes back to the restaurants app cause door dash didn't have my card information. Once my second order arrived it turns out they messed it up missing the rice in the rice burrito. At this point I'm upset but it was something to eat. I was told I would get my refund in maybe 5 business days. 10 days go by and I go to the store for lunch, explained what happened to the workers present. They called some lady while I was there and I was told that they will complete the refund and she gave me a free meal for my second order that was messed up. Great. Another 10 days or so goes by and I'm craving some gyro fries. I go and ask for the manager and a Mr. Hilliard helps me and I explain to him what happened. He brings me to the back office, calls someone and they apologize, take my card information, look over the transactions and tell me it will be taken care of. I order some food, pay (he gave me extra meat for free) and enjoy my food. The biggest problem is the telling me something is going to be done and it not be. All in all I'm not out of much more than $15. In the 3 months or so since I found this place I've spent $400. The foods great but I guess just avoid the app...

0 stars STAY AWAY DON'T GO HERE READ ! I ordered online and my order was made late at pick up . It was also wrong, so I went back in and told the guy to get me a refund I return the food. Turns out I did not get my refund instead now I have three charges from Gyro. Two of them I did not authorized, and one that was supposed to be refunded. I'm very upset these employees are using customers information and they're not trained at all the guy looked confused management is at fault for not training and hiring just anyone . This was in the afternoon, is the last time I will step foot here. Please stay away if you don't want your card being compromised by employees. I tried calling and no one answered. They need to take responsibility will make a formal complaint this is unacceptable.

UPDATE: I send an email to the owner with photos proof no response completely ignore me. I went in person left my number he didn't call me. Call my bank my card was compromised and had to do several...
