NOT THE WILLOWBROOK LOCATION! Tran fixed my iPad screen no problem, but damaged the home button in the process. Accidents happen, but instead of acknowledging that a mistake had been made and working to resolve it, I was repeatedly lied to. First, Dao claimed I had done the damage by dropping the iPad and bending the frame, but it worked fine for a month before I took it for repair--and it was never dropped (just stepped on at the end opposite the home button). Then, Tran said the glass they put on was designed for a different home button. Of course, I said they should've warned me that to fix my screen they would mess up my home button up front--then I could've gone somewhere else. But, that was just another false excuse. Now, they are ordering me a new home button, because I wanted either a refund or a serious discount. So, I have to return yet again. Also, I left them with a two pack of screen protectors and asked them to apply one. When my friend returned, she asked for the second and they said it only came with one and the wrapping had been thrown away. Once I realized the home button was messed up, I rechecked my Amazon order. The package had 2 screen protectors! I told Dao, but he didn't respond. Finally, when I was going to leave, I asked for the screen protector again, and they gave it to me without the packaging--so they knew it was there. I asked for the package and was reluctantly given that as well. It wasn't in the trash. If they had told me they messed up one screen protector and had to toss it, I would've been ok with that. Like I said, I understand that accidents happen, but there's no need to lie to cheat someone out of a $3 screen protector. I would avoid these shady associates and go...

Requires personal passwords to your devices to work on them. Told me there would be no warranty if he couldn't have my password. Now let's just say I work in an industrial type job and I go through a great deal of phone screens. That particular screen I went in that day for would've been number nine or 10. Like I said I break a lot of screens. As a result I have been to several different repair shops around town and not once have I ever been required to give them the password to my phone in order for them to fix it. Watch out for people like this it is a scam. Think to yourself I'm going to leave my phone with a complete stranger and give them the password to my phone which gives them access to all my pictures account information, text etc. . Or tablet or so on and so on. I'm a business owner as well and I advertise on Google in the same way this guy does. However what a lot of people don't realize is you can buy reviews. And I'm willing to bet those 450 plus 5 star reviews are not all legitimate. After doing this for almost 10 years with Google I know full well nobody has been in business that long and has that many five star reviews. Somewhere along the way there's going to be a couple in between. But it's all five stars and then a couple of one stars it's just not realistic. Beware and...

I am very displeased! I had my screen repaired there about 3 weeks ago first I noticed they didn't clean my front camera when they replaced the screen so it's very foggy, second I noticed the screen coming apart from the phone and third they didn't even put the 2 screws in that are on both sides of the charging port... On top of all the the lcd is starting to show dead pixels

UPDATE so after calling and talking to them they promised me they would repair my screen so after going back to the store the employees argued back and forth with me claiming that the reasoning behind they screen popping up was from a swollen battery and they said the same thing would happen if they replaced the screen so I finally told them prove to me the battery is swollen so they opened the phone up and came back to me and I was right the battery wasn't swollen just as I said but some how water magically appeared and then he told once again they wouldn't replace my screen and proceeded to hand me my phone back with out even putting it back together!
