DO NOT GO TO LINDA FOR ANY HAIR NEEDS! She will absolutely ruin your hair with a smile on her face. I asked her before sitting in the chair if she could do my hair like the reference photo. She said she could get it close, but it was far from that. My hair ended up broken, over processed, and overall looking HORRIBLE. Knowing my hair didn’t look right, she tried to convince me otherwise. To hide my damaged and oddly bleached hair, she curled it. When I told her that it wasn’t what I had asked for, she told me I was picky and began to get frustrated with me. Money down the drain, for unprofessional attitude and work ethic. She needs to go back to cosmetology school. The only good part about the experience was spending time with my cousin. Who, by the way, also ended up with some crazy looking hair. Luckily we found a salon much more professional, clean, HONEST, and kind. The point is to do GOOD QUALITY work in order to keep clientele coming back. They were clearly only in it for the money. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Last week my friend and I came to the salon for haircuts. The lady who cut my friend’s hair was careless and burned my friend’s face when she blows dry her hair.

Then my friend showed her the picture of the hair style and told the lady how she wants to do her hair (using the scissors not the razor). She ignored my friend’s request. My friend’s hair turned out to be uneven and looks like she just cut it herself.

The WORST thing is, when we politely complain, the man who seems to be the boss doesn’t really care, he asked, “so what do you want now? “ Then the barber lady come and even didn’t admit her fault or apologize, she even talked back and gave us a bad attitude.

WORST SERVICE EVER. I regret recommend my friend this salon to get such horrible experience and haircut. I feel bad for your business!

If you want to waste your money for a funny haircut, this place is yours. The man who cut my hair seems so confident at first untill he almost cut my ear with a blade, while saying that he's been cutting hair for a long time. He cuts what his ancestors tell him to. I mean it's useless for you showing a sample picture or others, he does what he please with your hair. Also, they charged me $15 just for a joker haircut. Lol!
