Food Town — Attraction in Houston

The Food Town on Little York & 45 is horrible. (They don't deserve one star, but if I don't give it at least one, then my review won't get posted). The entire shopping mall is very dirty and unsafe. Aside from that, tonight, I witnessed one fight in the parking lot and another altercation in the check out line, within a few min of each other. No security guard or managment ever showed up; even if only to give customer's and employees a false sense of security-do something! And finally, only four check out lanes were open at 8pm, which is when most of their customers probably shop...in the evening, after work, like I do. But, the lines were backed up into the shopping isles, so I left after waiting 20 minutes and getting nowhere fast.. I am not a petty person, the security issue is real. It gets worse every time I go, and now I won't go back. I imagine the community probably needs that store. But major change must happen in the way the store is managed, mainly for customer and employee safety. In return, the store should get more business, which means they can hire more checkers/cashiers to have more lanes open. Then you have happy customers, which means $$$.......

My mom is addicted to this store she goes everyday! ....foodtown is great!

I'm going to talk about this place that sells phones & Chargers inside of Foodtown..Don't do it! Don't buy nothing from them..The Lady that was there sold me a bad apple charger! 35$ dollars gone to waist ..I'm so mad at her and myself...oh but she preach on & on that it was real apple charger..well maybe it was real...but a faulty one! And I tried to go back and shower her that it was not charging my tablet and she blamed it on my tablet she told me I don't do refunds it says so on the sign a little tiny sign that's by the wall far away from where people can see it. If I would have seen it if it was well written in a dark solid color not neon pink and yellow or she would have told me before I purchased I would have never purchased it now I'm stuck with a $35 charger that don't work this is bullshit I'm so mad I want to report this to the city or to whoever I need to report this to ...so they can close that business down ..my friend went to get a new phone but she had so much trouble with it...she gave up. Wow, yes came store I heard loud voice but go head have to pickup some food take home my stove not working then walking toward meat Department straight all cheese a lady gave ticket I sell sample corn tortillas only stay to what going on all suddenly. I came second place I won a barbecue wow I did not expect that. The manager of lady I forgotten her name's she is so nice she said it been nice she can win what have the store look nice the Employee are smile working to together take grocery to your car it be better they if don't get robbed come grocery don't forget give them tips. They Security everyone keep watching each other for protection. Just ask the manager or the employees something you cannot find the store it's not much but you be surprised all especially the meat you know don't let you show me run around so they won't get hurt this is not a place to play got to watch your children because people are looking and they can grab your insurance keep your purse with you that too.
