Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

I placed an uber eats order at this location 06/22/25. Yall please avoid this place at all costs their so ugh. I personally dont take time out of my day to complain but this is absolutely ridiculous. I made my order priority & even had the uber eats driver ask them to make sure everything was in the bag & even ask for marinera sauce. Only to receive my order 35 minutes later that WASENT EVEN MY ORDER!! I quite literally payed over 50 dollars for my order just to receive someone elses order. Called the store to complain just to be told "just tell the uber eats driver to bring it back" like "????" as if they dont leave immediately after dropping off deliveries. I think the worst part about all of this is the fact that the order I RECEIVED WAS OLD AND SOGGY. I threw that away so fast. Its not even about the money its the principle so ridiculous bro. This location is by far the worst Burger King there is around. I did a mobile order, and showed up for it. Of course, there icee machine was down, I asked for a refund, and she complained. Ofc she I didn’t even receive my refund. Then after receiving my food, I noticed she didn’t give me my exact items. I knocked on the window, and a small little boy answered it, and I asked for the missing items, and he shut the door on my face and hid. Went here with my son. Got a Texas Double Whopper and a chicken sandwich. The Texas Double Whopper only had 3 jalapeno slices on it. I showed the manager and asked if I could have some jalapenos like the picture of the burger they advertise. She said the burgers only supposed to come with four jalapeno slices. I told her come on I'm from Houston Texas. We eat raw jalapenos for breakfast. She gave me four more slices of jalapenos ha ha ha. If you're going to put Texas in the name. You got to load it down...
