TC Chicken & Seafood — Restaurant in Houston

I only gave this restaurant two stars because the food and drink was ok but let’s start with when i ordered at the drive thru speaker i wanted to place two orders and the young lady that was taking the order kept putting us on hold then while we were on hold another car drove around us and ordered and paid and also got their food before us and we asked why was she allowed to do so and the employee stated if i wanted to know why (sassy) is because they were making my rice but my chicken was wayyyyy hotter then the rice i received bad customer...

TC chicken is a horrible knock-off of Timmy Chan. Save your time and money, avoid this place, my opinion is this place is a waste of time and money.

It's completely overpriced, not seasoned well, and the amount of food you get isn't worth your money.

The food is not good, and it is very overpriced. They charge crazy prices for drinks and an additional price for a cup of ice that should come with the drink. I would give the entire restaurant negative stars if I could. Don't waste your money.

I am giving this location a 4. The food is good. Service needs attention. Whoever the guy is at the front desk is very inattentive. Most of the time he is on his phone. I have tried to call in an order and takes a while to get an answer. When I got there to pick up the order, he was so busy on his phone, I had to tap the desk to get his attention. They have a dining area, however, needs to be cleaned and sanitized after tables are free. Good food, but staff and eating areas need to...
