Read moreEXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I purchased an electric reclining sofa and love seat one evening, late and of course, they would have delivered it that day, but I chose the next day. They brought out the furniture in the time frame we had discussed and all the electronics worked perfectly. After the delivery man had left, i walked around the back of both and noticed that they were misaligned, and it was not symmetrical, there were gaps, and stuff was rubbing. I immediately called the delivery man back, he asked me to send him pictures, which I did, and I also called my salesman, Matt and told him the situation also. I sent him pictures and he said a serviceman would call me the next day. Matress Mack, unaware of any of this, called to make sure my delivery went well and I told him that it did, but the furniture was misaligned. Right after I hung up with Mack, Jeremy called me and told me that he would have serviceman to my house today to look at it, that he had not seen the pictures. The serviceman, he talked to happen to be the gentleman who delivered my furniture and he showed Jeremy the pictures I had sent him. Jeremy, called back and said that they were bringing two completely new pieces. They did just that.And these are perfectly aligned. Customer service is few and far between these days, which makes it wonderful when you have a company like Gallery Furniture and Mr. McIngvale, that you know that the service will be impeccable every time!!! Read moreI am handicapped so my first thought was to try to buy my recliner online. I texted with a salesman and I bought a recliner that way! It was delivered to my house that evening. It was huge! It was almost impossible for me to get into. I told the salesman my height, but this chair is clearly made for people who are significantly taller than me So. Gallery Furniture doesn't do refunds so I had to find something to exchange it for. I took my handicapped self down to the showroom and met some very nice and helpful people. I found a replacement chair. I sat in it for about half an hour before deciding to exchange the recliner for it. It was so soft and comfy. I had to pay a delivery fee because it was an exchange . Mattress Mack himself waived the restocking fee. I thought that was kind of him. Then the very kind delivery people exchanged the chairs that evening. I was so excited! I sat in my new chair and it was as hard as a rock. Truly. This chair appears to be the same chair as the one I chose in the store, but it is very much not the same chair at all. I would exchange it again, but I have to pay $150 delivery fee every time. So, now I have an expensive chair that no one wants to sit in. The floor is more comfortable. I feel duped and really stupid for trusting Mattress Mack and his people. I probably shouldn't have bought a chair that I hadn't tested to begin with, but I tested the chair I have now and the chair I received was not the same as the one in the showroom, so I don't think testing the chair would have helped at all!
