I hadn't been to this place since the precious owner had passed away, but went there today as my mom had went a few weeks ago and told me that it had got better than before, but I had a feeling it was not any better, since the last time I had been there was when the new owner took over and it was the nastiest food ever. I had said I would not go there again, but for the reason my mom told me that it had got better she convinced me to go, so first of all let me start by saying there waitress have very ugly manners as they see you waiting to be seated and they are sitting gossiping and hardly have customers. Second of all we walk in and there place looks and smells awful disgusting, I felt like walking out but we were already seated and for respect to my parents i didn't walk out before eating, then we were seated, we asked for a high chair and it was never brought to us we had to ask again, then we get our drinks and the tea was nasty tasted like rotten fruit, had to exchange it for a coke, then we go to the food and it was disgusting, hardly had anything and the little they had was cold and dry, it looked like it was from a day before or maybe had been sitting there all day, then we never got refills had to ask for them, the restrooms were nasty, dirty and smelt like the sewer, i had to wait to get home because i felt like puking when i walked in the restrooms so i had to get out. At last the waitress never came to give napkins nor the ticket so we got up to ask the cashier to charge us and the owner was there, we complained to the owner and all she did was very rude and walked away and acted like she didn't here nothing, I don't recommend this place to no one, and will never go here again, If i had a option to put 0 * i would rate a 0 to this...
Read moreJuly 2016 - The food is delicious when it has just come out. There is a large variety and the buffet is large, but like any buffet, the variety is an acquire taste. Arriving during peak hours may make it difficult to get the most recently made food. Before noon 11am, later afternoon 3pm or late evening 7pm may be the best times to visit. The lunch time rush and evening groups getting off work appear to be when most people visit. These times make it difficult for the staff to keep up, but it also means food is coming out more often. Like any buffet, some food does sit out longer than usual and also large groups will make it difficult to keep clean but the staff manages. The price is a great deal for a buffet. The service was superb, my tea was always full when I returned to the table and fresh set of napkins and clean table, of course this is usually dependent on the server not always the restaurant. The top recommendations, BBQ ribs, peppered shrimp, general tso's, fresh fruit and this is difficult for many buffets, but the steamed rice is moist, sticky, flavorful and superb. Recommend as a...
Read moreIt was really clean and restrooms were sparkling clean. They sanitized each chair and table after someone left. All pork taste old though. Good and greasy, lol. Excellent social distancing practices. Plastic cups, plates, spoons and forks. They had plastic gloves for the customers to put on each time they went to the buffet table. Now the problem l had was people not wearing their facemask when getting food. I guess because the CDC didnt say Covis-19 could be spread through food that's why this restaurant didn't enforce its facemask rule when walking around buffet table. Nice staff and prices are $10.95 now which is a $1 price increase. Napkins were a shortage because they give you 5 and no napkin holders any more. Buffet food was ok...sushi was old tasting..chicken wings and crab was the bum diggity dumb de dum good. I give them 3.95 but not 4. If they enforce people to wear mask around the buffet table that would make...
