Horrible experience. No one at the door to sit is in, an employee walked in and just ignored us, I had to ask her if I just go straight to the bar to order take out. There was a black girl at the register she took my order, charged me and disappeared. 30 minutes later I'm still sitting there waiting for my order and you can see in the picture the place was practically empty! Finally I had to go all about my order to the waitress that was just standing around by the bar (the shrine that ignored us when we walked in) and she went to check on the order. The manager Michael was there at the bar and never bothered to ask what I was waiting on for so long. Finally the waitress brought us PART of the order but she did drill the black girl that took my initial order about weather I had already paid or not. Again the black girl disappeared, didn't even bother to follow up on the order SHE PLACED!!! And the Hispanic girl didn't even care to check my order, she basically just tossed me whatever she found probably sitting on a counter. I was missing the other half of my order and all 3 drinks. When she brought the rest I noticed the size of the cups, they were small and I specifically ordered and PAID for large. Hey response.... THAT'S THE LARGEST WE HAVE?!?! $45 for wings and a burger and this is what I get?!? From the picture does that look like a large drink? If they only have one size, why the hell didn't the one taking my order say so when I ordered LARGE???! And don't get me started and the LOUD BANTERING between Michael and what I can only assume was an employee on her off day or an ex- employee cause she was walking around IN FLIP FLOPS and a nose ring like she owns the place AND GOING BEHIND THE BAR AND INTO THE KITCHEN!!! If I wanted my food with street germs I would of asked for it. Worst service ever, I've been coming to this place (before it use to be called WINGS N MORE) Since I arrived here from New York in the 90's. What a shame it's a disaster. I rather drive 2-3 more miles up north to WINGS N MORE but at least there I know service will be top notch any day any time!!

Once I was seated, I put in my order pretty quick because I only have a 30 minute lunch which was the big east meets west, and an order of onion rings with the sierra mist. My sausage for mango habanero for the Polian and Carolina for the boneless, my onion rings, came out nice and hot was really impressed. Then it just went downhill from there, my waitress, walked by me four times and never offered to refill my drink, which was empty five minutes after me sitting down. I even asked her and she said give me just a moment. I’ve already asked for my check and I still haven’t gotten a refill. My Carolina boneless wings were good. My tater tots, we’re good and then I try and one of my mango habanero bone in wings. There was no way in hell that they were mango habanero. They tasted like straight hot sauce. When I complained to my waitress that they tasted like plain hot sauce, she laughed and said oh, and then walked off, I thought she was going to either go and get me a side of mango habanero sauce, or correct the order. Five minutes later she walked by and asked if I was good and I said no my wings taste like hot sauce and she asked me what do you want me to do about it, I said, I ate the boneless, the onion rings were good I’ll pay for the boneless the onion rings, and the soda that I had. SMFH I will never come back here again.

I had to leave the curbside spot, park far away due to packed parking, and walk inside to get it myself. This was a huge inconvenience, especially because I had a young autistic child with me. I specifically chose curbside for that reason. I don’t mind waiting, but don’t mark an order as “ready” just to make it look good for the store’s timing metrics if it’s not actually ready. That kind of inaccuracy causes more hassle than help. I got my order at exactly 7:45 after waiting with my overstimulated brother in a packed restaurant. I understand it can get busy, but don’t mark things inaccurately to benefit the store’s take-out time. I’ve worked in the food industry and know how this works, but it’s never worth causing an inconvenience to a customer.

If I could give this place a 0 I would. My mother, husband, and daughter have been here three times already all three times horrible experiences!!! This last visit on Tuesday October 24th me, my husband and daughter went around 7pm and was waited on by “Monica”. At the time whenever we walked we were her ONLY customers. She took our order right away because we knew what we wanted. But she did not ask if we wanted our appetizers with our food or before that’s where she missed up the first time. Second after our food came out she forgets our (medium ranch) and (plates) to serve our wings, chili and cheese fries and fried pickles. So while waiting for our items she comes out and just dumps our plates on the table as she notices a huge family comes and sits at her section. THE PLATES WERE WET AND HAD WING SAUCE STILL ON THEM!!!! After she took their orders and we noticed we still did not have our ranch I decide to get up and approach someone else about it and once they told Monica about my complaint it wasn’t till then she comes and brings us our ranch. We eat, drink and we had a to go order we needed and told Monica before hand that we would be placing before we left. Not ONCE did she ask if everything was okay and if we needed refills in fact after she received the huge family and another customer came in she paid us no mind at all. Another server had to ask us if we needed anything and again it wasn’t till then Monica noticed we needed refills. BEFORE I could even tell her to bring me my tab, to go stuff to place our leftovers in them she takes off after bringing back the refilled drinks and tends to the other people. We sat there literally 30 minutes waiting for her to come back at this point I’m beyond furious so I decide to order my to go order with someone else and went to pay up front. Taking an additional 30 minutes or so to wait for the food. NEVER EVER EVER WILL I RETURN TO THIS BREWINGZ EVER AGAIN!!!! Workers clearly suck. The women who helped me with my to go order did not once apologize for my experience offer me a half off on my $48 tab. Monica did not have time to serve us but sure did noticed whenever I was standing at the bar waiting for my to go order and knew how upset I was about my experience not once did I get an apology from her either instead I got a attitude with her saying “I can get a manager for you if you want”. Wings are good staff is pleasant except for the Hispanic manager she is very unprofessional & rude as hell! She is not a leading example for staff who takes direction from her. That is the only issue with that location on I-10 & federal (Burlington's) location. Unsure if she is still one of the managers there but I certainly hope she is not I use to spend every other day each week on wings and fries. My visits lessened after an experience with her rudeness & seemingly forgetting I was & am a grown woman too. Her approach to everyone she said was unprofessional remedial & unneeded! She even told me I could leave rather than correct the order in which they messed up I don't work there I'm just a customer & one who definitely don't play games about my respect as well as anything I spend my money on. You can't just talk rude to someone & offer a customer a choice of refund & to leave rather than handling professional business. That establishment has reduced in overall satisfactory service, fresh fully cooked orders etc. I've even seen some of the employees seemingly under the influence of something. The Hispanic female manager also seem a lil tipsy herself which may have been her issue if she wasn't a natural a**hole. The prices have increased which is business & understandable but NOT a dime of mines will spend for rudeness, incorrect & uncooked orders as well as overall unprofessionalism. There is a young lady who is always always kind attentive to your order/needs & she deserves recognition if she is still employed unsure if I have the name right but I think it was Allie or Alice. There are some employees who are nice & professional working hard in a disturbed & untrained environment especially if they have/are receiving direction under that...
