I have purchased a vehicle from here and loved it from day one. I loved the sales people and loved everyone me and my husband talked too. Well after about 2 months of having it. ( Not a daily driver by the way) I drove it from Houston to Dallas and everything started happening. Being a Active Fuel Management truck the traction control and stabiltrac lights come on and so I pulled over. Left it running and was making a terrible sound. I shut it off and then recranked it... same noise. So I shut it off and got my husband to load it up and take it to the shop. After about $1300 later it was back running. Had a cylinder 4 misfire and the lifter was the cause. If i could show you the picture of what the oil pan looked like you'd be shocked. It's not Drive always fault it was whoever had it first. They ran the truck ragged never changed the oil. Well was great after that til about 6 weeks later... now having to pull the other side of the head off because it's now cylinder 1 and 7... oil has been changed before time each time. Since we had it. Here again Drive Away is not at fault. Unless they dropped that pan they would've never of known. But having a time trying to pay the truck note plus repairs for it. I haven't had a problem out of them as far as customer service great people. Had a mix up with the insurance on the truck but of you read the papers you sign it states it's only for the vehicle. Not towing or anything like that and I was one that looked over it. Not their fault. Only thing I have a issue with is the shut off time. I do understand you don't make your payment you shouldn't be able to drive in the vehicle. But there are times you can't make a payment in that week. And so it gets shut off. Maybe a little bigger grace period would help some but then you have people that abuse this and that's what makes it hard for everyone else. I see so many bad reviews because of this and they aren't trying to be mean. Just trying to make sure their vehicle gets paid for just like your bills. Would've gave a 5 start but a little more clearer on the insurance would be nice even of its in the paperwork. Some people just...
Read moreToday I went to this dealership and asked for Raul Zapata. I was told before hand that I would not be forced or required to wear a mask when I came. There are 11 qualifying stipulations on the governorâs executive order that clearly outline why individuals are exempt and not required to wear them. The young man that met me at the door allowed me to come in without a mask and took my information. A few minutes later, I asked to use the restroom. A man named Mio came by and told the young man, in spanish, that I needed a mask. The young man asked if I had a mask. I told him I didnât wear them. You are not required to tell anyone the reasoning behind that statement. You are protected under law. The young man then proceeded to tell me I had to have one on. I told him that I had already cleared it with the individual that I was coming to speak with and it had all been explained. Mio then again spoke in Spanish letting the young man know that they werenât going to be able to help me. I walked out. Then, because I absolutely know what the order states, I turned around and went back in to speak directly to Mio. Mio was going to speak in Spanish, as if he didnât know how to speak English. I told him that I knew Spanish and all of the sudden he decided he wanted to speak English. I asked if he understood that I was not required to wear the mask. He aggressively stated it was mandatory in the facility. I said I understood it was mandatory for him in the facility but itâs absolutely not for me. I also asked if he even knew what the executive order covered. He has no idea. They were extremely RUDE and very ugly. Either know what the executive order states and follow the guidelines or continue losing cash buys. Check the other reviews guys. The reviews about being prejudice are a very real thing. Mio deserves to be demoted, heâs definitely not management material. Heâs a very rude man. We are headed to purchase a truck at another dealer. Do NOT waste your time. I will be checking further into my available options as to how I was discriminated against today at...
