GameStop — Local services in Houston

Unacceptable. Went in to purchase one deluxe version of a late-gen game. None were in stock. Which is fine and expected sometimes, but it certainly wasn't because it sold out. I keep wondering what the purpose of this shop is if it doesn't carry ALL of the latest video games in the latest generations. Sales assistant was curteous, but unhelpful and focused solely on selling me a different, unrelated product. It's a complete systematic failure of the merchant and Gamestop should transition to online-only it this is going to be the case. Please understand consumers will begin defaulting to ecommerce if this continues. I, myself, couldn't imagine returning to the store when I could have simply ordered the game to save the frustration. It was horrible there was a lady there b4 me with her kids that the cashier seem to be very helpful and educational on the game so she left and he asked me how could he help me so i explained that i was just trying to put insurance on the game systems and i had the receipts in my hand.This male decided that he needed to see the systems b4 he could put insurance on them.So i left unhook the systems brought it to the store on I10&Uvalde and was informed that all o needed was my receipt.This store location literally sent me through unecessaey energy and time all because he didnt want to give me insurance on a game system itss too bad there isnt a negative 1 rating option cause for the uneccessary different changes i went through based on a lie this location deserve a negative...

WHY I HATE THIS ? ... WELL AT FIRST IT WAS CONVENIENT FOR ME TO GO TO BEING CLOSE TO MY HOUSE BUT THE FACT THAT THEIR POLICIES ON REFUNDING COUNTERFEIT MONEY IS NON EXISTENT !!! , I RETURNED A GAME AND THE EMPLOYEE ( EDUARDO WITH THE GLASSES ) GAVE ME BACK A FAKE $20 BILL & THEN WOULD NOT REFUND ME A REAL ONE I DIDNT GIVE THEM A FAKE 20 WHEN I PURCHASED MY GAME . & I WAS ALSO TOLD BY EDUARDO THAT THEY USE THE MARKER ON LARGE BILLS TO CHECK FOR AUTHENTICITY BUT OBVIOUSLY THIS IS NOT TRUE & SOMEBODY AINT DOING THEY JOB BECAUSE THIS GAMESTOP IS GIVING OUT FAKE DINERO NEVER AGAIN...
