Lots of memories. My oldest brother played little league here in the early to mid 60s. Second oldest brother played in the late 60s and early 70s. Me and my younger brother played in the mid to late 70s. The Rizo family headed up the Alamo little league there.

So maybe these mural pieces aren't exactly at Hennessy Park...but they're about 2 blocks away and hard to miss. Great photo opps. Hennessy Park does have about 4 basketball hoops and court along with a swing set. Next time I might just be bringing a ball. ✌🏀

Great place also known as St Arnold’s park because it’s next to St Arnold’s Brewery. This is where Houston Batala band has practice every Sunday 10am-1pm. It’s all free including instruments so come check it out … nothing to lose.

This place has a special place in my heart I was homeless at one point and had to sleep here over 3 months I know it says it's not to sleep camp or anything at any public park but hey it was safe I had a barbecue pit basketball goal baseball...
