Be very careful of ordering from the store. I got to know about the store from Instagram and sent a message to ask about the price. Someone named Billy replied to me and shared his contact to discuss the items I needed. I asked why I couldn't order on their website but I was told they were still working on it. I did some background checks to be sure the guy that messaged me was real. Turned out he was a real person. I ordered items up to $20k. He wrote an invoice for $13k while the others were for lease from three different companies. I chose to use the leasing company because Billy said I can only use my credit card at the location. The items arrived a few days after I made the orders but were missing some others. I quickly put a call through Billy who tried to tell me that the orders that were not delivered weren't part of the order. I showed him a screenshot of our conversations and he agreed to send the remaining others when there is a delivery to my city. After like a month of no delivery, I decided to travel to Houston only to find out that Billy's store is an outlet of the story on Westmestier. I drove the next day to the store where Billy is located and finally got to see the customer service rep I had been chatting with. I forgot to mention that Billy promised I would receive the items when I came to Houston but told me to come back the next day because the warehouse hadn't delivered the items on the day I got to Houston and went to the store in Westminster. On getting to the store Billy is located. He started with another story of saying the items were not available and that there was a delivery to my city in 8 days. I have been waiting since April 25 an still haven't received any of my items. He is so not replying my text.

Read moreIf you can go somewhere else. Delivered the wrong color dining chairs I called immediately even before the delivery men left to inform. They tried to lie & tell me I signed for grey chairs no sir I never signed anything. They told me they’d write the contract & I can sign it at delivery. My delivery was initially set to a Thursday the lady called me on a Tuesday & asked if they could bring them Wednesday I said yes. She went over the order details over the phone I corrected her then that the chairs were to be black. She put me on hold to speak with someone she came back & confirmed she corrected my order & they had the black ones in stock. Sure enough on delivery day the bring grey !! Then they tried to argue with me that no one called me! Lies! I sent them the call log. I went through a whole day of trying to prove that I actually spoke to someone & she corrected it then. If you screwed up just say that & fix it. Who argues with customers that’s spend over 3k in your store. Do you all know these people had the nerve to tell me they will switch out my chairs if I bring them to the store. So you mean to tell me you want me to pay for a truck to & from your store when I paid you for shipping. These people are a joke!

Read moreI found this place through Instagram. I was looking for a very specific type of bedroom set, and this place seemed to have it. I commuted from Austin to this place and was sold on a bedroom set. The day it got delivered, however, my LED mirror did not fully light up. I proceeded to call my rep and text him pictures of what I had gotten delivered that exact same day and I got no response. The next day, I called the store and Nora picked up. She would act as thought she would resolve this for me. She would put me on hold while she was on the phone with their manufacturer, and would just hang up on me after a couple of minutes. Nothing was resolved for me. I would call at least WEEKLY for about a year to try and get this issue resolved and nothing. This should have been an easy fix as seeing my mirror came defective from the warehouse and it had not been my fault.
