Taqueria El Herradero — Restaurant in Houston

For the last 18 yrs, this place is a MUST to go. We've been here to celebrate birthdays, school graduations, family meetings, romantic dinners or simple to-go meals. It's not to crowdy and gives you the time to enjoy a good chatting. Their menu is so tasty, from simple breakfast tacos to carnes asadas, menudo, barbacoa, etc. It remindes me my home. Personally, I love the Huevos Rancheros breakfast, served anytime of the day. I really love this place and invites you to visit...

I went to the restaurant 3/11/19 ordered a flour quesadilla child’s plate. After a couple of bites, my daughter said it tasted bad. I asked for a corn tortilla quesadilla since the flour one wasn’t good. When I received my bill they charged me for the corn tortilla quesadilla. I asked the waitress why and she said if she didn’t charge me she would have to pay for it. I left her no tip. I will never patron that...

Este lugar es horrible. This place is horrible. There was no one inside at lunch time and for good reason. The food is really cheap and kept in a freezer and re-heated. The cheesecake I had, which is their only dessert, was presented me with a giant hair on top and it was just as bad as the rest of the food. It was horribly freezer-burned as if it was kept in the freezer...
