Love the variety of Guatemalan dishes they have. The costumer service is excellent and there is plenty space to dine in or take out . The one thing I dislike about today's visit was the way the restaurant owner was scolding one of the cashier's . " She kind of yelled at her telling her with a frustrated voice " how long have you been working here , don't you know the procedure " and the scolding went on for a good minute or so . Let's keep in mind that I was there witnessing everything and the restaurant owner didn't seem to care about her costumer. There are places and times to discipline an employee so I think she was out of line for that . Feel so sad for the employees at the Quetzal restaurant. Hope they can read this review and...

This is my first time in this new location, I was greeted friendly and I was able to get around the restaurant with my wheelchair…the food was delicious I’m not from Guatemala so the food is new to me but my wife she knows all the authentic dishes so I know what I can order… the churrasco o carne asada with ensalada rusa is my favorite also I had garnachas we came from FortWorth to spend the weekend in Houston and then my wife told me that we should go to Quetzal for authentic food and I said what are we waiting for we probably will be back tomorrow morning before we go back home so I’m thinking what I should get for the drive back to FortWorth I strongly recommend this restaurant...
