Love Bugs Playground is an absolute gem! As a parent of a toddler, I'm always on the lookout for safe, clean, and engaging places to let my little one burn off energy. Love Bugs Playground exceeded all my expectations.

Here's why I give it five stars:

Perfect for Early Toddlers: The play equipment is perfectly sized for crawlers and early walkers. My child loved exploring the soft play structures, gentle slides, and age-appropriate toys.

Clean and Safe: Cleanliness is a top priority for me, and Love Bugs Playground is spotless! The staff clearly takes pride in maintaining a hygienic environment. I felt completely comfortable letting my child explore freely.

Engaging and Fun: There's so much for little ones to do! The variety of activities kept my toddler entertained for hours.

Parent-Friendly: Plenty of seating is available for parents to relax and supervise their children. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming.

Today was a challenging experience. While Ariana was on duty, her child was present and unfortunately her behavior was disruptive. She was disrespectful toward the other children, prevented them from playing with the toys and acted aggressively. It created a very negative environment. Moving forward employees should only be allowed to have their children present if they are able to behave appropriately and interact respectfully with others.

At no point did I belittle the employee or the child. I pride myself on being a professional and respectful person and I consistently teach my child to be mindful and considerate of others. During the call with the employee (not the owner), it was the employee who insisted I come in person to “resolve” the issue, raising her voice during our conversation, behavior that unfortunately reflects in her child’s actions. This is not an isolated incident as noted in previous reviews, her daughter has shown similar disrespectful behavior toward other clients. Clearly this pattern has gone unaddressed...

Nice little indoor play gym for young kids/babies. We did the 3 month membership to help us escape the summer heat with a place to go indoors. We loved it. The staff is kind, respectful and does a great job keeping it clean. They also really take an interest in your kids. They always greeted us by name whenever we walked inside. My kids never got sick playing here and we went almost every day. I never went to a birthday party here, but I know it would be a good idea for a toddler birthday party. You can also tell the owner really cares about her employees and I’m a big fan of good management.

Always easy to park and next to a deli if you need to bring some food in. You can bring your own food/drink (must be at the kid table for this) but they also have snacks/drinks to purchase. There’s also a bakery and a take and bake homemade meals place.
