RUDE RUDE RUDE, customer service is a joke. Changed the price on the item after I came to the counter. They made an older man come out from the back to shame him into saying he made a mistake with the price, instead of just saying we'll honor the original price.

The fact that this place is associated with a church makes it puke-ifying.

On the other hand, they are equal opportunity rude - the black lady was rude, the hispanic guy was rude, the rich white ladies were rude - they really hit the trifecta.

The only person that acted like a human being was the older black man working in the back that they made do the perp walk.

Here's a hint you clowns - don't openly talk down your employees in front of customers, just to keep from loosing a few bucks. Completely unprofessional and bad form.

You treat customers fairly and respectfully and they keep coming back, you accuse customers of lying and act like a rude clown to save a few bucks - you lose the opportunity of having that customer for life. RUDE and bad for your business, you don't...

You suck, MAM. I tried on 8 tops. Got soooo excited about them. Then I wait in long line to check out and they tell me I can't purchase them because there are no tags on 2 of them. There were employees wandering around everywhere and NO ONE can quote a price? so they refused to sell them to me. You know how you pick out just the thing that you love? And you could go shopping anywhere but you pick the place that "gives back"? I've shopped here a lot in the past....Well never again! Even freaking Goodwill will give you a price on something missing a price! And they always only have like 3 people working. Meanwhile the MAM people are everywhere but useless when you actually want to buy something! I was SO excited about these tops. Thamks for messing up my afternoon MAM. I recently had the opportunity to donate clothes for the first time, and my experience was outstanding. The facility was impeccably clean and remarkably well-organized, which made the entire process smooth and efficient. I was impressed by how neatly the clothes were sorted and how easy it was to drop off my donations. Additionally, talking to Terry the warehouse manager. he provided information about how the money from donated items supports families,educational classes also the mental help therapy that is provided through the program building was both informative and reassuring. It is clear that the organization is dedicated to making a positive impact, and knowing that my contributions are going directly to help those in need made the experience even more rewarding.
