She told me that I was trying to be little her I told her that I was a server and that it was my passion. When I asked for a coffee refill my daughter's cups were empty she brought me my refill she still didn't refill their drinks.I didn't understand the line manager you are in the window it's a slow night there's no reason the entrees was presented the way they were This is one of my favorite late night spots after tonight I don't...

I have been dining at DOT Coffee Shop my whole life. I literally cut my gums and teeth at this very location during the year DOT Coffee Shop opened.
However, on Sunday, August 17, 2025, it unfortunately brought a halt to my dining experiences at DOT Coffee Shop. Moments of nostalgia quickly ended once the first orders arrived. Most customers familiar with DOT's menu expect to receive processed turkey on a turkey and dressing plate. Who thought serving a processed turkey would be a great and acceptable idea? That plate was changed to chicken-fried chicken.
At that point, the waitress appeared to have a sour outlook. We repeatedly requested H2O, refills, and straws, and it took the waitress forever to return to service the table.

After which, the hostess then began to ignore us after several attempts at summoning her (very audibly, but not in an indignant manner).
The manager was eventually called to our table to be made aware of the poor customer service rendered, yet failed to offer a real solution or a hint of up-training.
The $84.00 bill was paid, and a tip was left for all parties leaving the premises with the resolve of never patronizing the establishment.
“No respect equals no patronage. Fair exchange has never...
