Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Houston

This location is terrible! I ordered online and I picked the cash option. I called to ask if the would have change to break a bigger bill. The lady states that they currently didn’t have a delivery driver and I would have to use DoorDash if I wanted to have it delivered. I was fine with that, but it would be more professional to make the delivery option unavailable if they don’t have an active driver. I ordered it on DoorDash and the driver was very sweet. I open the box and they have completely burned the cheese bread that I had to pay a 7.00 up charge for. I called the restaurant and the young lady acted as if I was causing her trouble. They wanted to give me credit, but I don’t plan on ordering from this location again! I told her I want the bread you up charged me for. I placed an order on 8/15 for a curbside and the lady who took the order over the phone was amazing and very accommodating. I made sure to tip her for her service as I really didn’t want to get out the car for 8 boneless wings. Anyways today 8/18 at 3:55 ,I decided I wanted wings again and decided to call the store to do another curbside order. The man who answered the phone was extremely rude. He said they didn’t offer curbside since the pandemic, totally understandable. But I had explained I had done it before days before, he responded very rudely that he was the only one there and he wasn’t going to do that for me. So now I will be driving the extra miles to the location on Bellfort- where the customer service is better. Wish i could rate it 0 stars. As a fast food worker, i understand how stressful being understaffed can be. However, it is not an excuse for poor quality and customer service, communication and respect goes a long way. When at the counter, you are not acknowledged by any of the workers, and some are too busy listening to music on their airpods WHILE working front end. Not to mention the wait times, and employees in the back not wearing gloves (should have walked out when seeing this i know). This location is horrible in all departments. Now, the food itself was horrible, with some parts not even being cooked. Was also missing my cinnamon sticks.
