Natalie's Candy Jar — Attraction in Houston

The manager on duty, was rude and disrespectful over a package of candy that fell and got caught between the floor and my bag without me knowing.

First, I will not accept rude behavior from anyone. Second, this person is unfit for customer facing roles if this is standard behavior.

Lastly, I can understand theft prevention and condone being vigilant on this. But, that is no excuse for poor behavior.

A lady by the name of SANTOS asked me if I needed help. I said no. Then, she says “do you need a bag?” Before I could answer, she proceeded to hand me a bag when I did not ask for one. I was browsing first. I did not want to get a bag when purchasing candy was uncertain. I eventually purchased candy. When she checked me out, she tried to give me zip ties which I did not take. She did not hand other customers bags, zip ties, or offer help. She only did this with me. I did not like how she acted...

We just went to the location at the Houston international Airport and their early morning female employee was extremely rude to us and our children. I truly just wanted to leave and not buy anything but my kids were loving the store. So sad to have such a cool candy store with rude, disrespectful and unhappy employees. Hopefully the owners or manager fixes this...
