Two words. Nightmare and beware. So, I booked what I thought was a reservation on their website as I was looking for a place I could shower at the Houston airport before a 14 hour international flight. I went on their website for the first time, put in my date and time, and it told me it would be $34 for two hours. I had to rush and haul myself over two terminals to make my "reservation time." When I arrived, no one was at the front desk for at least ten minutes. When someone did arrive, she asked me for my membership information. What membership information??? I was told the rate I booked was the member price. No where on their website (check it out) is any of this clear. I was then told I could stay for one hour and it would be $55! Also, because I didn't cancel my reservation within three hours....why would I cancel if none of this was clear???...I would be charged regardless. Also, they were out of clean towels (???) So, I wouldn't be able to shower anyway! I asked to speak to a manager, and one was called on the phone. When I spoke to her, she just repeated the same information. She said she thought the website was clear...maybe it is if you know how the company works!!! She told me at checkout it says your "credentials" will be checked. I assumed that was govt ID and credit card. She just kept repeating I would still "unfortunately" be charged. When I told her this felt like a bait and switch, she asked what "bait and switch" meant. For real. Finally, I just said I couldn't waste any more time, and I would dispute the charge with Amex. Also, while I was standing around waiting for someone to appear, I saw one of the rooms because a door was open. Trust me...not worth it. If there is no shower, there are no "amenities" you don't get just sitting in the regular terminal. And, why would you say you have showers available...but no clean towels??? The manager on the phone said, "I didn't see you on the shower board!" Whatever that is. Collassal waste of time and money. Buyer beware of their website....it is soooo not clear on...

STAY AWAY! I can't believe another reviewer says that the room has a thick sofa bed - as if that's a good thing. What it has is a plastic couch - and you need to use the slide out trundle because the gap between cushions on the main couch would render sleep virtually impossible. And (only if you request it), you get a pillow and a scatchy blanket - standard prison issue. No sheets. And if you plan to wake up and splash some water on your face to freshen up? Sorry. You can't even wake up and use the bathroom. The closest one is down the hall, then down a flight of stairs... I can't imagine anyone wanting to use one of these "suites" for anything but sleep. $50/hour to watch TV? Really? And yet, while sleep is the one thing they could offer that is needful, they only do so in an uncomfortable and expensive way. Terrible outworking of what could have been a good idea (and is, in many other airports around the world where the providers "get" what travelers need). Better to sleep on the floor in the corner of the airport, save $50/hour, and spend it on something to remember a visit to the airport rather than leave unrested and unhappy. Oh, and there are no adjustments to the cost if you realize what a mistake you make and want to leave early - no sir. So do yourself a favor and avoid it in the...

I had a 5am flight and didn’t want to be on the roads at 3am. I booked an overnight stay and got to the airport around 9pm. Minute suites is located past the security check, so you can roll out of bed in the morning and be right at your gate. The website and app are pretty terrible and not up to date, call to make your reservation. Minute suites was clean and quiet and the staff both on the phone and in person where friendly and professional. 5 stars for the staff! Minute suite is not a hotel. There is no bathroom in your suite, but the Houston location does have a shower available for an additional charge. Minute suite is basically an office with a couch and trundle bed. Two people can sleep reasonably comfortable. The blankets were a little stiff and scratchy and the couch should be two inches wider to really be comfortable. The location is perfect, the staff was great, some fabric softener and wider couches would go a long way, but even as is, we still got decent sleep. Was it worth it?...

I arrived at IAH for a layover around 1:30 PM and headed straight here using my Priority Pass membership, which provides a complimentary one-hour stay. I was told the next available room wouldn’t be ready until 3:15 PM, so I booked it, even though my connecting flight was set to board at 4:10 PM. Unfortunately, I was underwhelmed by the experience. The suite lacked basic amenities—there were no sheets, blankets, or pillows provided (luckily, I had my own pillow), and the couch felt worn out and uncomfortable. Additionally, there were no restrooms in the facility, requiring a several-minute walk to the nearest one. While the concept is nice, the execution fell short. In the future, I’ll stick to using my Amex card for access to a Centurion Lounge, where I can enjoy free food, drinks, and a much more comfortable experience.

Good only for Priority Pass users needing a small rest or a quick shower as it allows one free hour. Extra charges per hour after that for Priority Pass holders. Otherwise, not worth $50/hour as it’s not a sleep friendly suite. It does not even offer proper washroom and you have to go down the hallway to the closest one. There is no food either if you are looking for that. Unfortunately, this terminal has limited options and this one will work only in a handful of cases. What could have been a great idea by providing travelers value for money and necessary services is sadly just an expensive unnecessary addition in the terminal.
