I went in on Friday around 7/8 PM to purchase a new ecig. There were a couple of other clients in the store browsing. But as soon as the only employee visible was done helping them, he immediately came and asked if he could help. He quickly helped me find exactly what I was looking for, even though I only had a price and quality in mind. He even set up my new kit for me and gave me a quick run down on what exactly was included! This is the first location in the area that I've even checked out the vape selection. Even though the selection is a bit small if your a serious vaper, it's by far the best I've seen anywhere in overall quality and price. That plus the 5 star customer service, earns this store my loyalty. I could easily buy online for a bit cheaper without having to drive across town, but I will be returning for any smoking necessities I acquire in the future! I didn't allow myself to even browse the other departments in the store because I'm broke, but I can't wait to go back and check out their glass and other merchandise up close. Don't waste your time or money anywhere else before you check out...

Now I'm living on the north side of H-town and I have my usual shops, but thispast week I was having a good time visiting some new friends on the SW side and saw the BEST name ever for a smoke shop. I popped in expecting the usual but I did NOT expect to be blinded by shimmering glass as I walked in. I don't normally write reviews but from the murals on the walls, to the glass and vapes, to the nicest guys ever working here, I'm just about overwhelmed enough to make a 45 minute drive every week to this spot. Purchased a One hundred and fifty dollar water pipe (among other things) four days ago and today the piece detached in a way I've never seen. I could not get a refund or exchange due to their glass piece policy.

I understand not being able to take back a used piece, but they offer NO assurance that glass pieces they sell will actually last. Four days is not long enough for any wear and tear to accumulate and I know I took good care of it in the very short time I had it. If you're looking for a glass piece avoid this place as you could very well be out a couple hundred bucks in less than a week with a " It's on you" from management.
