Mariscos Mar Azul — Restaurant in Houston

Waitress did not know what the dishes included or if I could add anything extra. When I asked if I could exchange something, the waitress gave me a horrible attitude. I was being respectful and nice. They sat for very long at a table like another picture shows. Meanwhile people were waiting long for their food. I waited 25 minutes for a plain burger with cheese and some fried. And it was still COLD in the middle. The seafood taste uncooked and under-seasoned. I mean, how is it possible to make the shrimp fried rice taste horrible if it’s a seafood restaurant. The shrimp cocktail taste way better making it at home. And the “lemonade” was tap water with sugar. Only the kitchen lights were on. The restaurant was literally dark. The amount of dust in the windows! I was hungry and wanted to try a new restaurant, BUT BOY did I make a bad decision! PLEASE SPEND YOUR MONEY...

3rd time i come eat here. Always get my order wrong....today i went with my girldfriend .order arw food while we waited for a friend and her kids she shows up 30 minutes later ..and prders her food ..gets her food ...first while i wait another 20 minuts ...waitress proceedtonlie to me when i ask about my food first she said it was busy while ilooked. Around mind u ive been here for anhour and 20 minutes now...place has been empty the whole time we where their..so i give her benifit of the doubt.and 10 more minutes ..so when iask again about my food she say they forgot to put my order in and then charge me for 2 fajita plates when i only ordered 1...on top of that tjey charge me 15 % gratiuty. I dont Mind tipping for good service...but when i i said im not gona tip the 15 percent. ...they tell me its state law for me. To tip 15 percent for a party of.4...

The Food was Nasty the Shrimp they serve is the Frozen bag Shrimp. You can taste it right away, Everything is overpriced the Kids Meals are 6.99-7.99 anywhere else you'll pay 4-5 Dollars. If you Pay With a Debit card they will charge you 4% more.The service was horrible I ordered Kids Quesadillas with Rice&Beans for my Daughter when she bought the food, it came with "Chinese rice" I told the waitress that I wanted regular rice (Mexican Rice) her response was you should have told me how in the h* am I supposed to know what they serve it's my 1st time here and it does not say What type of rice it comes with any Hispanic Restaurant you go to they will serve you the Typical Mexican rice.The place is very little.
