I’ve been attending the 75-minute sound bath sessions at this studio once a month for some time now, and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. The experience is so transformative that I drive over an hour each way just to be there—and it’s absolutely worth it! The owner, Alexandria, is truly amazing. She runs the sound baths better than any others I’ve attended. Her energy, attention to detail, and the way she creates a serene and welcoming environment make each session feel incredibly healing. The sound journey itself is always deeply relaxing and grounding, leaving me feeling refreshed, centered, and at peace. The experience would also not be the same without Cheree and her smudging. If you’re considering trying a sound bath, I can’t recommend this studio enough. The sessions are thoughtfully curated, and Alexandria’s & Cheree's presence adds a layer of warmth and care that you won’t find elsewhere. I look forward to my monthly visits and always leave feeling better than when I arrived.

I started going to soul tribes to dabble into yoga and quickly fell in love with yoga and the studio! I have learned so much from them regarding yoga & meditation and am always amazed at how I feel once I leave a class. I also love their workshops!! I’ve attended the women’s circle, new years reset, and several of the alchemy sound bath meditations. They are all amazing!!! Highly recommend!!! I just wish I lived closer still or they had classes all throughout the day & night so I could go all the time!!! lol this studio is a GEM!!!! šŸ’Ž

Alexandra helped us fulfill a dream of having soundbowls at my mom’s memorial service at the Rothko Chapel. Sarah came and she was compassionate and intuitive and an amazing job. They were so easy to work with and made something happen that was unusual amd special! They also help me coordinate this from out of town as I live in the Dallas area. I wish I lived in Houston so I could attend their events every week. Thank You, Soul Tribes!! ā¤ļøā¤ļøā¤ļø

I have been going to Soul Tribes for over a year now and continue to consider my yoga classes the best part of my day. The Yin classes that focus on stretching is still my favorite although I do challenge myself to do a Vinyasa class once a week. During quarantine, the owner quickly adjusted to offering virtual classes so that we could all keep up our practice. Honestly, the breathing and stretching really helped me manage my stress level during 2020 and now is part of my regular effort to have balance in my life. Check out any of the classes - yoga or meditation - I promise you will be impressed and happier for attending!

This has been my best yoga experience ever. The studio is new and clean and in a great location. There are a wide variety of classes at different levels. I have found all the teachers to be very helpful and concerned about your injuries and making sure that you have a good and safe practice. I tried the sound bath class for the first time and really enjoyed it and I look forward to trying more of the meditation...

I am writing this as a student and a teacher. I started my yoga journey here almost 5 years ago, originally coming for the sound baths but discovered how much I loved yoga as well. I had my first class with the owner, Alexandra and was hooked ever since. The flow was challenging but very approachable and I discovered what it truly feels like to have a mind/body connection within myself. I was trained here by Alexandra as well. The training was very thorough and I felt so supported beginning my teaching journey. Now as an instructor here for the past 4 years, I still have that same love for yoga. I still practice at this studio regularly and I love connecting with the other members. Most of whom have been here for years as well. The space is always clean and welcoming and all the offerings from the meditations to yoga will really get you excited to deepen your practice! You will not...
