The Lindsey Salon — Attraction in Houston

It was an incredible experience. I called late in the evening last minute asking for help. My hair had been really really messed up by another hairdresser out of town I needed someone to correct the color they got me in at 4:45 and stay till after eight doing color correction. my stylist Mesha Chin. she was so precious, very talented and beautiful. She had a lot of patience with me. Most people do not have the skill or patients to do what she did. She was very kind, polite, courteous, and made my time there very enjoyable the salon was immaculate and beautiful, they had great music it and it was decorated for Christmas .The entire staff there were amazing. I spoke with almost everyone in the building that day. I owe a big thank you for the receptionist Isha who was so kind and got me in with a color Correction specialist MESHA CHIN. She also had me send photos of my hair so they could be prepared when I arrived. She was exceptional and they should be very happy to have an employee so dedicated and educated. I don’t usually do reviews at all, but because I was so impressed with the salon and all of its representatives I felt I had to to show my appreciation to all of them. this will definitely be my salon from now on and where I refer all my friends. so anyone looking for a place to go “look No more. (PLEASE READ ALL THE WAY THROUGH) Gabby did such an amazing job on my hair and was super welcoming and comforting and explained what each step she was doing was and made fantastic conversation the whole time to ease my nerves. Sebastian who also works there helped me so much with easing some anxiety about a new hairstyle and helped take out the rollers to make the process go by faster before they washed out all the product in my hair

Just a warning to be very careful if you ever want to go to the Lindsey Salon in Tanglewood. I had a hair appointment there today at 12:15 and their online price said $275 (about average for a color cut and around what I normally pay). I got there today at 12:15 and my stylist took 5 HOURS. I didn’t leave until 5:30pm… I’ve never had a hair appointment last more than 3 hours before. While she did a great job the time was insane. That wasn’t the biggest issue though. That wouldn’t have been not that bad but at checkout my total was $525 and then they asked for a 20% tip. So for services alone I paid $633 - absolutely insane. When I asked about the price compared to their online price, they said the website is merely their starting price and it’s “adjustable”. Like what?!? You can just double it because you feel like it with no prior warning to the customer? Insane. Seems incredibly deceitful. Lesson learned for us.
