I would give ZERO stars if it were an option. They do not deserve any golden star, not even ONE. Chipotles customer service is horrible, the employees are always miserable and seem to not want to be working, and they catch attitude with customers. On multiple occasions at this location and other locations, I have had horrible experiences, from employees with bad attitudes, items not being available, tiny portions, inconsistency, and just general lack of customer service etiquette. I am posting because it’s gotten pervasive and nobody at the location, nor corporate has done anything to resolve my complaint. I consistently spend about $300 a month at chipotle. I order 3 bowls at a time, at least once to twice a week, with an average receipt of around $40-50 each visit. I’ve reached my limit of tolerance for their poor customer service yesterday evening. I simply ordered my queso on the side for one of my bowls. I asked the person preparing my order if they charge extra for it being on the side, she said NO. I said ok great. I got to the register , and my bill was about $2 higher than usual. Doesn’t break my bank but I shouldn’t pay for more than what I ordered, it’s principal. I asked her why it’s more. She said the queso. I asked why, and she told me it’s a “side order”. I told her I didn’t want a side order , I only want my queso on the side instead of as a topping. She said that the amount inside the container was more than the topping amount. I said the other person told me that it’s the same price. The cashier said, NO it’s not. Then the person that prepared my food told the register girl YES it’s the same. They proceeded to have a debate in front of me. Then the register girl asked me what I want to do. I said I want my queso “on the side”. So she removed the one from my bag and I said what are you doing with that? She said they will re-use it. I said I’m not sure if you can even re-use that. She said very rudely “YES WE CAN REUSE IT”. Then she had the original person poor a tiny little scoop of queso into the same size plastic container I was originally given. Probably less than a normal scoop if it were a topping. Then adjusted my bill down the $2. So instead of $44 it was now the normal $42. I just laughed and paid. All that nonsense over someone giving me too much queso on the side. Beyond the obvious absurdity of this , the attitude of these people was worse than just bad. They seem miserable doing their job. This is just the latest instance. Other times I’ve been told I can’t have grilled chicken because they were out, and the chicken they had was reserved for online orders. I said I’m in line to Oder in person. They told me I would have to place my order online, while physically standing there in line in the store, if I wanted chicken. They were rude about it. Other times they are out of chips, or dressing, or guacamole. How does a chipotle restaurant that has chips as a core menu item run out of chips?I get it, things happen, fine, but the attitude of these employees is rude and authoritarian. So after these and many other poor experiences, I wrote a customer service form to corporate. I got a bad response from them too! They basically gave me a boilerplate reply and thanked me for letting them know. I DONT SPEND $300 A MONTH THERE SO THEY CAN BE EDUCATED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE BY ME!!! So I replied again and asked how they were going to resolve my frustration (gift card, discount on next visit, etc). They wrote me back thanking me again and told me it’s important to know these experiences and they will address it with their staff. They did not even mention my request for them to resolve it! I am simultaneously replying to their last customer service response as I’m typing this, to let them know that their carelessness in resolving this properly just lost them my $300 a month, because I will never go there again if I can help it. Sad to think they don’t even care about...
Read moreI placed an order for chipotle using Uber eats at 2:26PM and per the app estimated time of arrival was 2:45. Now I know that things happen traffic and it’s not unusual to expect delays, but 3:00PM rolled by, 3:05, 3:20 when I finally call chipotle. I call to let them know it looks like the driver hasn’t picked up my food and to see if it can be remade because it would already be cold. To my surprise my the chipotle employee told me oh yeah I know about this one. The Uber driver came, but he left without your food. I didn’t understand why, but he provided me with a number I could call to complain. I called the number and it was a post mates number not Uber eats. I located the drivers number on the app and called him to find out what happened and he stated that he went to pick it up, but that chipotle would not release the food that they kept telling him he needed to call it in which made no sense so he left. At this point I’m frustrated I just want my money back. I call chipotle back and the manager told me my food was sitting here if I wanted to come pick it up they would re make it. If I was able to go pick it up I would of never used Uber eats in the first place so I said no and proceeded to try and get a refund for the order online. At a little after 4:26PM an Uber driver arrives at my door with my chipotle order. The same order that had been sitting out since the order was placed!! I understand things happen, but no one thought let me reach out to this customer to let her know her food is not coming or there was an issue. instead they release that same food that had been sitting there for 2 hours and delivered to me. Chipotle shouldn’t of even let anyone leave with an order that old or cold! Try eating sour cream that’s been sitting out over...
Read moreHow embarrassing- management should be embarrassed at this low rating but I learned the hard way yesterday. Btw- I had not checked the reviews until now. So Mod Pizza was closed so of course the quickest thing around is Chipotle. I ordered a salad and ask the cashier Angel (according to the receipt) for salad dressing and he told me they don’t have salad dressing, I then say the oiley stuff people put on salad, he again told me no. I then look at the receipt and they charged me for a bowl? Is there a difference I, not sure but I’m thinking since they believed I got a bowl they didn’t give any to me? (Benefit of doubt) so anyways my cheese, sour cream, corn, tomatoes, Barbacoa and lettuce item was dry. If you guys really don’t have salad dressing which I believed is a lie it is in fridge behind cashier, PLEASE inform us at the FRONT of the line when we first ordered not at the register, I would have got tacos instead. Anyways as the other reviews said they are VERY skimpy on all items, will not be returning. Management you have a franchised PRIME real estate NEW location with 2.5 stars obviously it’s not us customers, you guys really need...
