Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Houston

I’ve never been to or in Einstein Bros. Bagel. When Ms. Cnae told me about the opening of this location I decided I would give it a try. I had a morning meeting and afterwards I decided to head to Einstein. I was going to go in, get a bagel and coffee and leave. I didn’t. I dined in. So many bagels. So many options. Ms. Cnae shared about the bagels. The warm cinnamon raisin bagel with strawberry cream cheese - OMG! The pizza bagel - Yes! The muffins. Oh yeah! The drink was so refreshing. The location was clean. The staff was courteous and friendly, and answered my questions (I had lots of questions- LOL). It was an experience for me! One that I hope to enjoy again real soon and more than once. Shoots, if I thought I could get there before they closed today, I would head that way now! See you all soon....

I usually love the bagels and strawberry banana smoothie combo for a good Sunday breakfast! But unfortunately this location doesn’t pay attention to details! I don’t eat pork - at all - and I am really careful of what I order and consume! I ordered a bagel sandwich listed as a Farmhouse sandwich but with a picture of their Avocado bagel sandwich which doesn’t contain any meat! To my surprise, I received a bagel sandwich with a bunch of ham and bacon that can make you sick just from the smell!

The second issue with my order was that they didn’t include the plain shmear that of course was added in my order but they didn’t care to include!

Please don’t mislead your customers and change your product photos on DoorDash! This is beyond ridiculous and I am really disappointed of...

I was excited about them opening this location right by me, but I was a little disappointed. I’ve gone to other locations and the sandwiches were really good and worth the price. The bagels were big. The sandwiches were filling and hefty. I would eat half and save another half for later. This time it was a small bagel wasn’t as filling as far as the ingredients what’s in the sandwich it’s just very light especially for $11. What I got was worth way less than that also too they over toasted it. It was too toasted to really bite into it. I probably end up sticking with other locations because I always get way loaded your sandwich. The staff was really...
