Vertical Runner — Attraction in Hudson

Never shopped here before, thought I'd try it out since I have a hard time finding shoes that work. Bought a seemingly comfy pair that ended up killing my feet. Because the return policy is apparently must be new and unworn (which was not explained to me when I bought them) I couldn't get my money back even though they're fine. So instead I swapped them out for a different brand that I originally looked at. Well those are also not working out so I guess I'm just out $170 so that's nice. Not going to buy here again, I don't even like spending that kind of money on shoes to begin with. Staff was friendly though

edit: Maybe try disclosing your policy before the transaction is complete and not just say its on the receipt after the fact. All the lady told me was that I can bring them back within 30 days and just said to wear them inside which I did. I wouldn't have spent my money here had I known it was going to be a pain to return. Visited store with our adult son prior to dinner. Sales associate measured his feet (size 12). and had him stand on the gel profile board. Our son picked out 3 styles to try on. It was obvious we were planning on buying that day since we told him we were returning to Florida the next morning. Sales person had him try on the 3 shoe styles our son had picked out. He showed an 11 1/2 for the first style; a 12 wide for the second style; and a 12 regular for the 3rd style which fit him and he ended up buying. I asked if they had the first two shoes in his size (12) and was told no. I feel the associate was trying to sell him any shoe, even if that shoe did not fit him. Why else try on an 11 1/2; and a 12 wide when his size was not available. Not what I would call ethical for a specialty...

I have purchased from vertical runner multiple times. This time was special, my mother-in-law needed a pair of tennis shoes and it was time to upgrade from Skechers. The ladies were so patient with her and made sure to find the best fit for her feet (she has preexisting issues). She is a very picky person and they didn't bat an eye when she started listing her requests. Eventually she found the right shoe and was able to get a color she liked shipped to her home.
