AR Workshop Hudson — Attraction in Hudson

The Staff here is amazing! I brought my 2 y/o daughter to the Mother’s Day workshop & we had so much fun! My daughter loves to paint at home, but i wasn’t sure how she would do for an extended period of time at the workshop. We did the promo code where you pick a project and get a $25 wood project for free. I did a door sign and my daughter painted a cute little pineapple. My daughter did well, but did start to get tired towards the end. My arms were a little full making sure my daughter stayed safe on the stool while painting with the other. The staff was so helpful! They helped get stencils on and off and with other things throughout the project. They even gave my daughter a cookie, which was an absolute God send at that point as she was rearing to go! They rushed us the whole time and were overbearing. They gave me the wrong size project and took it away to swap it for a smaller size while i was already working on it. The new canvas had a fold in it so the stencil did not adhere well. Then, my stencil buckled on the wet canvas after the priming step. Feels like that was something they should have known would happen. They also attached my wooden strips so that they cover up the top and bottom of my piece. They also gouged my mother in laws project with the power sander and glommed on the wrong stain color for her, trying to be helpful.
