If you’re coming in to purchase items I’m sure you will find something pretty inexpensive and of decent quality however from a sellers perspective you might as well sell the items yourself because you will get what you feel is a “fair” price for the item especially if its in brand new condition. Mind you I worked at a OUAC years back while I was still in school but not this location (they are all independently owned) and I’m aware of how they’re buying process works so yes it is all computer based pricing by brand, type and condition and different locations look for different items depending on the season or inventory and what actually sells well for that particular location. With that being said don’t expect to receive a large amount of money back for your items at the end of the day this is a resale shop I brought in 3 or 4 pairs of Nike/Jordan’s my child literally probably wore each of those shoes maybe 2 or 3x’s max so yes they were in excellent condition. (A lot of people say their items are in “great” condition but have all kinds of stains, scuffs, rips etc) and the amount I was offered made me giggle so I just declined the offer and ended up just giving them to a family member. Overall selling is a hard no for me I’ll pass but I recommend anyone to try it out for themselves , I just...
Read moreDO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!! THIS STORE DESERVES 0 STARS! I came to visit this location on 2/9/22 to trade some items in and shop until my offer was ready. When I received my returned bag I noticed my daughters clothes were jumbled in a ball in a bag. JUST PLAIN SLOPPY! As a mom I know the difference between placing items in a bag versus throwing them without care. PLEASE NOTE THIS LOCATION WAS NOT BUSY there were only about three customers in the entire store and around 4+ employees. I have traded at your other locations and have NEVER had this problem. When I spoke with the so called assistant manger on duty and I pointed this out to her she stayed QUIET as she knew they were placed incorrectly. When I asked who her manager was she said her name was "Felicia" and she would be in on 2/10/22. I am not sure if this is even her real name.
I have watched for a year how the staff communicates unprofessionally among customers, treats customers with an attitude, rude, NO HELLO and NO HAVE A NICE DAY as if they do not need customers to come shop their business. There are other locations that have better customer service/products. Employees exist to assist the customers! THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE MANGER NEEDS TO RETRAIN THEIR STAFF ON CUSTOMER SERVICE! THIS LOCATION...
