My husband and I have always gone to patron grill since we moved into the area, but after this experience we will not be returning. I ordered the Enchiladas Al Carbon with chicken Fajita as I always do. (Was charged an extra dollar for fajita chicken which doesn’t make since as it comes with fajita meat). Got home and I received beef fajita. I called spoke with them and Said they’ll remake it and I could come back. I sent my husband because I was at work. He also orders chicken flautas for me. When he picks it up, he checks it just to be safe, and boom beef fajita meat again! So he sends it back. The host states it shouldn’t take long for them to remake. Brings it out in about 5 mins. My husband checks and he sees chicken so he leaves. I actually cut into the enchilada, and they just added pieces of chicken in with the beef enchiladas we sent back! So beef and chicken enchiladas! Also the flautas were beef as well! I was so upset because I do not eat beef! Of course it was past closing time when I was eating so I couldn’t call them that night, and I called the next day. I spoke with ROY. Worst manager EVER. I explained my frustrations with him on my last few encounters. He basically didn’t GAF. He told me I should’ve double checked my food before I left the store again. Also that he didn’t believe the cooks Would do that, basically called me a liar! And stated he wouldn’t remake my food. Despite the fact that they were closed when this was noticed, he insisted that I should have called the same day! I have the receipt and pictures of the food. So I was out about $35 because the food couldn’t be eaten. I guess it’s the customer’s responsibility to triple check their food is correct prior to leaving this...
Read moreThe food and service were a disappointment. We ordered one of the most expensive plates in the menu, the no name plate, that suppose to have beef and chicken fajitas, queso, bacon wrapped chicken, beans and rice, and yet it was not what we saw on the menu or expected. The waitress had told us one price, then changed it immediately when she noticed we ordered it to double the price. First of all, why do waitresses and waiters decide not write down the order, try to memorize it, then bring the wrong order or missing the specifications for the order? Thats what happened to us, and it's frustrating that I had to send my plate back 3 times and yet they didn't get it right. I asked no shrimp, guess what was on the plate? SHRIMP!! The waitress said she would switch it for chicken, and I don't know if they knew this or not but the bacon wrapped chicken smelled really bad, we didn't even touch it after a bite. I asked for really well done beef fajitas, they were brown and had a lot of skin hanging from it, I couldn't eat it and it looked disgusting. I asked for charro beans, they brought me refried, I asked for a strawberry daiquiri, they brought me a slush so hard it took most of the time we were there to even drink it, I asked for limes, they didn't come until the 3rd time I asked for them, and to top it off our waitress got mad when I told her our plate was not to our satisfaction and stop checking on us until I had to ask a bus girl to call her and bring me the bill. I liked the music and environment, but other than that, the food and customer service were a big disappointment. We literally paid high price to eat beans, cheese and salsa!! I don't think we...
Read moreWe had heard alot about this place so we decided to give it a try. I was impressed with the atmosphere and decor of the place. It has that warm cozy feeling and I can see why people like this place. They have a nice bar to sit at. I ordered the fajitas for 1 with shrimp. I have to say it wasn't the best but not the worst either. The fajitas were charred almost burnt so I was not impressed. The presentation was nice and I really liked the seasoned shrimp. The shrimp was the best part of it all but what a letdown on the fajitas. I enjoyed the rice and beans and the guacamole was really good and fresh. My wife loves shrimp brochett and that is the reason we went there. Unfortunately, they did not live up to the hype. These looked good and they were big however the waiter said the plate comes 5 shrimp turns out it only comes with 4. Then my wife said she didn't like the taste after eating just 1, she said it tasted like they put spoiled cheese. We sent it back and my wife no longer wanted to eat after that 1st shrimp. The refried beans which she ordered for my son were cooked with Jalepenos so that did go over well either. Smh... Hopefully this was just a 1 off and it's really not this bad. That is a nice place and we were excited to go there, I just can't give them a good rating due to all these issues. I do have to say, the service was great. When we sent the food back the manager quickly came to see what was the issue. He offered to remake the plate but the shrimp turned my wife's stomach at that point. She just wasn't happy and ready to leave. What we had planned to be a nice night out went...
