Upon discovering the damage to my device resulting from their incompetence, I immediately reached out to uBreakiFix to report the issue. However, instead of displaying accountability and a commitment to rectify their errors, they resorted to blatant lying in their responses.

Totally understand I took it on late on a Friday so I fully expected a call Monday even though they are open Saturday and Sunday and told me 24-48 hours before they knew what was wrong. Gave them all day Monday with no commication. I called...they said still working on it, call you tomorrow. Tuesday...nothing...I called...it's complicated, call you tomorrow. Wednesday...same thing. I was even told that they have to stop doing they are doing sometimes to fix other things first. They promised me a call on Thursday. Thursday and Friday...no communication. I called Friday to finally talk to the tech that has been working on it. He apologized but said he had been off for two days. Therefore, the guy I spoke with on Wednesday flat out lied about a call on Thursday and no one touched my computer those two days. I asked what they have ruled out and he could not tell me anything. I specifically asked about the battery and he said he left it plugged in all night. Wow...impressive...I did that too.Therefore, no one had done anything with my computer a week later. They promised me a call Saturday (one week after I left it). So they did call just to tell me there was nothing they could do for it. Manager could care less. The comment I got was "I get that."
