Hutchinson Sports Arena — Attraction in Hutchinson

Getting into the game for the tournament was awful. The ticket time said 4:30p, we showed up 30m early and an elderly man at the door was rude, told us everyone was going to have to leave, and wouldn't let us enter. A woman walked up and said the ticket time was actually Eastern time, which made no sense and wasn't indicated on the ticket or at the time of purchase. We left and came back at 5 pm, and the game had already started, with a score or 21 to 9 already. People were in our seats, and it was an awful experience. The concessions workers were nice, fast, and there was a good variety. The popcorn was delicious, the seats were comfortable, and the rest of the game was fun. Excellent! Definitely a family friendly place. There are bathrooms on every level. There are also family restrooms and nursing rooms. The renovations are very nice! Air conditioning was also added in the renovations and it is so much more comfortable in there during warmer months. It’s just a good place to watch games. All seats have seat backs (except the bleachers behind the basketball goals). Concession stands are also great. Clean bathrooms. Clean facility.
