I love Fiesta Grande! Their hours are a bit odd, but if you can make it over there it's a great place to have lunch.
Unless they changed it at some point, as far as I know, the meat is local and bought from Jackson Meats. Their hot sauce is AMAZING! I buy it by the bottle some times. It's my favorite!
It's not quite the right comparison but one of the reasons I love it so much is cause as a kid a really loved Taco Tico and Fiesta Grande's food reminds me of Taco Tico.
It's a small dining room and a small parking lot but the dining room is always clean when I've been in there and the staff really nice!
Of all the places to get hispanic food in town this is the one I pick if I can make it over there.
If they got their own version of the fiesta potatoes at Taco Bell I'd probably never eat there again because at this point, if Fiesta Grande is open, I will always go there over Taco Bell unless I'm craving...
