I made a very simple online order...Route 44 no ice and a Jr. Deluxe Cheeseburger (this come with cheese, lettuce, tomato, chopped onion, ketchup, and mayo). I asked for a simple change of no ketchup and extra mayo. My drink was correct, but I received a cheeseburger with only mustard and pickle. Since I pulled into an online stall that had no intercom system, I walked inside which I was immediately met with a rude greeting of "can you step outside". If you don't want anyone inside clearly state it on the door or have an intercom system at every stall, so you can be called back when you screw up a simple order. My burger was remade...and it was wrong again. How can a simple order be made wrong not once but twice. Maybe you need to pay more attention to the order vs someone stepping inside your building due to no other way to getting your attention. I did not request it remade again. Figured if they couldn't get it right twice they probably weren't going to figure it out for the third time. I did get a star for a free drink when they brought the second cheeseburger out. Read moreApparently this sonic has forgotten how to make ice cream. Since when does sonic not put whip cream on their blasts? This is the second time they've done this. I ordered a medium Heath Sonic Blast. What I got was partially melted ice cream on top, with no whip cream, and then in the middle there was a nasty texture. Meanwhile, throughout the decent part of the sonic blast, there was barely any Heath. It was just vanilla ice cream with a crunchy bit here and there. As soon as I got to the middle of the sonic blast and took one bite of that disgustingly textured mush, I threw it in the trash. It didn't taste like anything. It was just clumpy mush. Last time I checked, that's not what the texture of ice cream is. Not only that, I also ordered a jumbo popcorn chicken with fries. I asked for ranch with my popcorn chicken. Read moreJust about every day I order a soft drink and it's usually good. But what happened today is so unforgivable I'll never be back. In the drive thru I was waiting behind a car. The sonic employee handed her a drink she had it in the car for like 20 seconds or so then handed it back. The employee then went and brought back a sack of food no drink. When I got to the window I asked the girl if it was the same one she acknowledged it was. That drink should have been discarded and a new one should have been made. From the employee attitude it tells me this isn't the first time it has happened. I called the manager and had nothing to say. This will be my last time to ever go to Sonic. The manager needs to be replaced and employees retrained. I am writing this only to prevent disease in the community. COVID to RSV or even the flu it's passed because of this...
