Kansas State Fairgrounds Grandstand — Attraction in Hutchinson

Love going to the Grand National races here! It's a family thing to do in Hutchinson. It's best part of the fair grounds. Besides meeting up with family and friends.

Sadly that may no longer happen because the fair board voted to demolish the 1/2 mile track. In favor of getting more than 3 day use out of the land it sits on..so why didn't they just promote the races more, have them more often, or other auto events. I know monster trucks, and tractor pulls were a big deal.

It's been a fun run with the fair for my entire life, but it seems it's coming to an end.

It is one of the best race tracks in Kansas . Hutchinson Nationals should be continued for many years to come. Stands were packed for the 67th running of the Hutchinson Nationals and was the last time to be held here in Hutchinson Fair Grounds Sadly, many people will not have the opportunity to watch this...
